Every time I come in Vanessa and Katlyn are always so helpful. They always help me with my purchases as well as directing me to the aisles that I need to go to for the product to finish my project.

Christina and Cheryl were great. Attentive, friendly willing to help, fast and all with a smile. Helped with self checkout too. Well done ladies!

Great staff who understand what you’re looking for even if you don’t. I know I will always leave the store with what I need, even if I don’t know what it is when I walk in!!

My usual experience at the Home Depot in camillus was renewed after Dean went above and beyond to help me replace a battery that I was unable to open the keyless entry myself after several attempts. There has been issues in the past where I have come in and am ignored and there isn’t anyone available to answer questions or be of assistance. Dean was another story. He not only lead me to the battery section but also went above and beyond by actually taking out the old battery and installing the new one for me which I had difficulty with myself. I really appreciated his help and efforts tremendously and will go back solely due to his customer service

This store had so much more selection in the tub area then the East Syracuse location. This site is a bit out of our way, but well worth the drive. I feel that the employees are friendlier and are willing to go out of their way for the customer.

To my disappointment while visiting the Camilus Store number 1257, my husband and I were disturbed to hear a member of staff putting down another employee. While rounding the corner of the isle I am shocked to find it is a head cashier of the name Kim. Which I had to find out from another employee. She was unprofessional to say the least and unapologetic that she was within customer ears. Because of this we will not be returning. Your employees deserve better

As a contractor I'm in The Home Depot almost daily and know many of the associates and I just would like to say how much I appreciate them. I know the store pretty well but if I have a question their people are great.

I returned an item due to my error in ordering. The whole process didn't even take 10 minutes. It was fast and great with great customer service

Patti in the Garden department must be one of Home Depot's best employees. She took a genuine interesting in my purchase for something out of season, and followed through to the end of the purchase to make sure the store had the item and it could be delivered to my home from the store.

bought doors a few weeks ago and they were awesome. recently bought some decking and people could not have been more helpful.

I tried to buy my items online and was unable. I went to the store and had the manager search the warehouse. He returned with much more quantity. So I bought all that they had. Thank you Camillus Home Depot, you rock.

All my Ryobi 18volt tool I've boughten at a home Depot in my city.I would never shop elsewhere and I mean that!!

I receive the opposite of help when I come here. They have some good products but the workers will not help you find them.

The employees are always knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Home Depot always has what I need so I don't have go to other stores.

Bought the incorrect lawn mower (my fault). Stopped back the next day after using it once, and ask about their return policy. The customer service rep was very helpful explaining, to my surprise, I could within 30 days with my receipt. I returned that same day purchasing the correct one. In and out of the store within 10 minutes or less. Highly recommend shopping there!

This store offers exceptional assistance and product quantity, and quality (e.g. live plants). I have been to 4 other Home Depot stores in the area based on convenience when running errands, and none compare. Even if things are happening in the store, such as aisle closures for cleaning or inventory (some beep/back-up noises or the long way to another aisle), it doesn't feel frantic, or like the staff are overwhelmed. I have shopped in all different areas, including speciality centers (e.g. window treatments). The staff speak to you kindly and patiently, and are very helpful. If they don't know something, they ask another employee or look it up with you, which is a rare experience. The store is clean overall. Also, their plant selection is fantastic! -- the indoor plants are actually alive, and well-kept. (I have seen other stores in the area with aisles of dead plants.)
