They offer solutions to common problems and explain the differences in application and installation providing the right information to make the right choice with confidence. A great group of people to do business with!

I've been shopping at the Camillus Home Depot since it opened about 22 years ago, and customer service has always been a strong point. I buy both for myself and for an organization's building, and HD almost always has the products I need. Employees go out of their way- sometimes way out of their way- to answer my questions and to meet my needs. There are almost always *knowledgeable* people available to answer product and "how to" questions (there's a difference between answers and "workable" answers). I'm treated as a customer and a person.

VERY HELPFUL EACH AND EVERYTIME I HAVE BEEN THERE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE OR WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR.

The store signs were clearly makes as to what was in each aisle and everything was easy to find.

A great store with a great location, featuring a fantastic selection of tools, materials, and hardware. Friendly and knowledgeable employees make shopping there easy.

Had a great experience with the guys in the appliance department. There were so many choices and they had the knowledge and advice that I needed to make my own decision.

Well stocked shelves, friendly helpful associates. The store was clean. I found what I wanted. (By the way if you are a cactus and succulent enthusiast this store had a healthy assortment that had just arrived.)

The store is very clean, associates where available to help me out. They have the aisles labeled so that you could see what you are looking for in a store. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The store was in a handy location, but they don't have foam core PVC drain pipe, only sch 40 so I had to spend a few dollars more.

Everyone I have worked with are very nice and knowledgeable .

Everyone is very helpful and friendly..many of the employees are retired electricianso, plumbers etc and are more than happy to help with home projects..I have been shopping there, doing home repairs and improvement prejects, for years..so much better than Lowes..

Sales Staff and Management are always happy, helpful, and ready to assist. I had someone back-end my vehicle in the parking lot (who fled before I was done shopping). The Sales Staff and the Manager were VERY helpful with getting the issue resolved (assisting with getting the police on site, etc). My better 1/2 says the Camillus Store is here "favorite shopping place" - and we live minutes from the largest Mall in central NY.

Associates in this store are always very helpful. When help is needed they respond like you are supposed to be there and you are not interrupting them.

It's worth the extra drive from Skaneateles to shop at the Camillus Home Depot. There's something better here than at other closer stores. If you are lucky, you will have the pleasure of meeting Walter and having him help you. He is kind, helpful, and knows his stuff!

I made an on-line purchase, but when it was delivered, the switches were the wrong color. When I called the on-line number, I was told the items I ordered were out of stock and it was assumed that a different color was substituted. I was directed to take the items to a local store for refund and then to re-order the items once they were in stock. At the service counter Mike and Ann Marie were very helpful and offered to exchange as many items that were in the store for the wrong items I had received. While the store didn't have sufficient quantity to replace my entire order, 5 of the 8 boxes of switches were replaced at the original on-line price.

I have always received outstanding service from the associates at this particular store.

I had never compared the Camillus Home Depot with another until the other day when I was in the Cicero Home Depot. Oh my goodness! Camillus is so clean and uncluttered! Because of an injury I was in a store scooter. In Cicero I could not get thru many of the aisles and had to keep going all the way around, like a maze. I commended the Camillus Store Manager, John, that his store is creatively arranged to make it feel spacious even though there is a ton of inventory. On another Camillus store visit, my Associate - also named John - immediately asked me if I needed help and then went over the top to serve me. Went with me wherever I needed, helped me check out and then brought my things to my car. The Camilus Home Depot makes shopping, in what can sometimes be a pretty overwhelming environment, comfortable because you are not alone; someone is there to serve you!!

Been mostly dealing with the Paint Department and the people there are great. The outdoor plant area is hard to find prices on things and someone to help you.

This store has improved ten-fold from what it was a few years ago. They always had the products and prices; what they did NOT have was SERVICE. Every time I went there, I longed for the days of a "real hardware store" or "real lumber yard" with knowledgeable employees who could advise on products and projects (and also help one find the items in the morass of products and space!) . A hardware-building-home products store CANNOT be run like a grocery store with customers wandering around with carts merely plucking goods off the shelves! Now, HD is getting closer.

I SHOP THERE OFTEN FOR REGULAR HARDWARE ITEMS AND I HAVE PURCHASED REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND HARD WOOD FLOORS THERE.
