I prefer the Ford Road Home Depot because a lot of the people are cross trained. Lou and Lemar - working at opposite diagonal corners of the store - know where everything is. They're the best.

I frequent this store about 1 time every other month. The associates are always friendly and always seek to address any questions and concerns I may have. This is not typical for a corporate store, in my personal and professional experience. The overall store cleanliness is also exemplary. I have never had to witness any sort of chaotic or disorganized isle at this location. They are all well kept whenever I visit. The lighting is also tolerably bright but not excessive. Although I'm not an employee, I do take note that most of the employees I observe at this location seem to be in good spirits. Again, something not typical for a corporation.

I am very much satisfied with the store assistance floor section VALARIE is best of customer service.

Help in cabinet dept. seems to be slow because of the number of customers.

One word to describe the Canton Michigan, Home Depot--Jim. Jim is a greeter at the store. He is there a great deal of time, saying hello to customers as they enter the store. Today he was signing people up for Home Depot's Garden Club. I dont EVER sign up for such thing--but Jim pointed out the positives of The Club, and I did so. He offers coffee to shoppers coming, and asks if he can get an associate to help find an item. He likes to be friendly, and asks if we know about Home Depot's Tool Rental services, if we know about Home Depot's Install services... and actually can explain about Home Depot's internal brand of items. I think they are called HD Products (I didnt even know they existed). He's a great guy, can talk to anybody, and even engages my teen kids in conversation, when they are with me. Everyone likes him, and hes a great guy. He reminds of the owner of the small, mom-and-pop hardware store, that my Dad used to take me to, in the 1970s, when I was a teen.

The store was very clean and organized . I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot . There are always new products and great prices .

I was able to find all the items I needed and the store clerks were very willing to assist me. The store is always clean and the greeter at the front door was very friendly.

This in my opinion is the best Home Depot of the 3 that are near my residence. I have always found what I needed and almost always know where I need to go to find what I am looking for.

The cashier was very friendly and enjoyed the help @ the loading station!!!

I've always been able to find exactly what I need. If for some reason I can't, there's always someone available and ready to help out!

The store was clean, well lit, and friendly staff.

I went in for two things . I asked a representative for help, we went to the next aisle over and with his help, located my item because he understood what I wanted and then I went and got my other item and was out of the store in about 15 minutes.

Pro Desk in the AM is exceptional. Electronics people are equally exceptional, especially Lou.

Store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. We get good ideas for projects when we need inspiration. Love this store.

Everything was easy to find and checkout was very helpful. Sara did a great job of helping and informing me in all aspects of the the product.

The service personnel were very polite and knowledgeable! They went out of their way to assist me, even with my small purchase. I have never had an issue with this store! Which is why I keep coming back with my household repair needs!

Store was clean bright and organized. Girl in paint at the time was very busy, but very polite friendly and helpful. even though not sure if product was suitable for the job I was doing, she was confident that it would do what I wanted to do, but the product manufacturer may not guarantee it if used vertically. well it worked and looks great..Thanks

i was on a time frame. needed some cement compound . associate(wish i would have gotten his name) was in the grill area and told me exactly what aisle and where in that aisle i needed 2 b

WE CAME AND DESIGNED / ORDERED THREE BATHROOMS OF VANITIES - IT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND WE WILL HAVE GREAT LOOKING BATHROOMS IN JUST A FEW WEEKS!

The store is always very clean and well stocked. Employees are always available for any help that might be needed to find certain products.

As soon as I stopped to look at the Gorilla 3 step steel project stool, an associate was there to assist. He pointed out one on sale w/o tray, which I appreciated (but I needed the tray). The woman at the front tools area assisted me by cutting a key and was done in a couple of minutes. I was in and out with a smile on my face. Great associates.
