Great customer service in correcting my current order

We were searching for a Christmas reindeer that would really stand out and look beautiful in our front yard. We not only find the PERFECT deer, but got it for a fabulous price! Everyone at the Home Depot store that is just down the road from our house is always very helpful and very pleasant. It is a great store to go to, and the variety of things you can find there is always very impressive. Love that store!

The store does not price match as much as they should. I don't think some of the clerks understand the store policies. Many need more training and better manners.

Last product I bought the employee gave me a few tips on how best to use it.

We spend thousands on a home project that has dropped in our laps. We have many home improvement stores to choose from, however we keep coming back to the Ford Rd. Store I. Canton Mi. Your employees are the best, always helpful, Anna in particular has spent time with us and helped save us money with her suggestions.

I was in need of a tire for my wheelbarrow and the employees was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed.

What an amazing experience I went to go return some screws and got called a thief!!! Nothing like having your 7 year old with you on your Birthday and being talked down to at the returns line. Wonderful!!!!!!!!

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop!

I feel this particular Home Depot has made a huge turnaround. Employees before always seemed rude and you could never find anyone to help if needed. Now employees are helpful, knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. Shelves seemed to be filled, store was clean and organized well.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

An employee named Larry B prevented me from a costly mistake with my kitchen grout. I really appreciated his knowledge. All the other employees were so nice too

Service desk is great and associates are always willing to provide an excellent customer experience. Also, the Tool Rental department is the best around, in my experience. Good store leadership and committed team members.

The staff is so amazing, they actually want to help customers not like other places where they hide from customers. One guy stands out there his name is Gus. Most friendly knowledgeable employee you'll come across. He has helped me out multiple times without a question. He definitely makes my shopping experience at the home depot great.

Just like the title states, Kayla is awesome and you need to hire more people like her. Aside from that I’m a fan of your store and I like the layout, really easy to find stuff and usually always stocked up.

This is the best Home Depot store. I am always greeted and helped by friendly employees. They ask if I need help finding things and I never have to go looking around for help.

I pass up 2 home depot locations just to make it to this one solely due to customer service. Everyone at this location is amazing specially Gus from plumbing, he always goes above and beyond to help. I recommend everyone to shop there and compare, I guarantee you'll notice a difference.

My mom and I would just like to give a shout out to ANNA FROM FLOORING for going above and beyond in helping us find a product in the lighting department when it wasn't even her department! THANK YOU ANNA WE SO APPRECIATE YOU! wish all sales reps were like ANNA FROM FLOORING!!!!

Sam in tool rental is AWESOME!!!! He went above and WAAAAAY beyond his "job duties" by removing my old car battery and installing the new one

They really do go above and beyond at this location, I had a guy help me in his department and then walked with me to 2 different department to make sure I get the right items. He was great and now this is my favorite place.

Kayla at the customer service desk rocks! A true example of a great employee. Don't find that often.
