I have nothing but good service from your associates. I feel like many are friends because am in there so much. I use to work at a Home Depot 10 years ago before I retired so I know where most things are. I have only had a few times of out of stock items or wasn't down stocked. I always have help if I need it. I often see many great bargains. Thanks for the help and products I need.

Pressure washer leaked all the oil out of the pump. returned to the store for repairs since it had a 5YEAR warrenty and after 7 months they wanted me to pay for a labor charge and agree to a $100 repair before they would send it off for repairs. NOT good business !!!!!

YOU NEED SOMEONE OUTSIDE TO LOAD ALL THE TIME, WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HUNT OR ASK FOR HELP,

I ENJOY GOING TO HOME DEPOT. I GO IN TOWN AND WHEN I AM OUT OF TOWN.

Went in to buy a dry and walked out within 30 minutes with one, the associate who helped me was very helpful and respectful, he went out of his way to service us and help us.

This store is always busy and it is sometimes hard to find a store associate that isn't already busy. We went to customer Service desk for help. The associate helped us compare a product that helped us make our final choice. Even during this holiday rush and our complicated questions, the associate was so nice to us and helpful. Thanks!

Some time it's hard to find help, that's why I go online first. It would be nice if the general location of the item was online.

I would bypass LOWE'S all day long to get to a Home Depot!! I love our Carrollton store!

Although the associate for that department was not there a very sweet young women assisted me from another department and then at the self check out lady was very helpful so I didn't have to lift my item

The store was clean, the HD store is always busy with customers like me. I was shopping for some personal items for camping and then a Christmas gift for my husband on an earlier day in the week. The Store associates from DH's, associates and to the cashiers were all very helpful in assisting in loading my cart to check out and getting me sign up with a HD credit . It was a great experience; I expected nothing less from such a great group of People.

We love Home Depot in Carrollton GA. There is a Lowes very close to us but we like the lay out of Home Depot and their prices are better. All associates are very friendly and are willing to help us if we them.

We needed help getting a door that was on the top level of some racks. The store associate was so helpful and so kind. He never fussed and treated us like we were the only customers in the store. That's why we keep going back for all our home improvement needs even though there is a Lowes store just as close. They can't hold a candle to Home Depot's customer service!

happy with assistance received in plumbing dept., but too many ladders in aisle, could barely get around in the riding cart...not a big problem, but some.
