Joan helped me find the exact dishwasher my wife wanted!

If it had not been for Jennifer I probably would have gotten upset and left. She was very patient and helped us to save money on our purchase.

Customer Service at the Carrollton Georgia Store sucks. Nobody knows crap and can't find any one that does. They all have there heads in a cell phone and hardly ever look up.

Very pleased with Luke and his leadership. He has helped me out on several occasions no questions asked. He does an amazing job of taking care of the customer and making sure everything goes smoothly in his operation. This guy has got talent. Highly recommend this store especially if you're a contractor or builder.

I needed some help learning how to repair an outlet in my house, and Spencer was very knowledgeable and taught me how to do it safely without shocking myself

Very poor customer service no help too busy running a piece of equipment on the weekends . Employees very unfriendly and not helpful.

For once, I actually needed assistance and got more than I could ha e wished for! Marvin & Jason went out of their way for us and I couldn't thank them enough!

There has NEVER been a time that I have been to this store in Carrollton and had a bad review on this location, everyone is so helpful and nice to work with.

I have NEVER been in this store to where I have had any problems getting help with what I am looking for or for any of my need.

Asked for help on a brad nailer and I was out in a short stay. Verry pleased with product and service.

I bought a MagicChef Fridge last week and the help I received at this store was AWESOME!!! Can't say enough about this store and it's friendly employees!!! Thanks again Alayna, Reagan and Josh!!!

Everything that we needed was avaliable and easy to get to. In and out, saving us time.

This is the best store I have ever had the pleasure of going to! The staff is so kind, they make me feel like I’m just talking to a friend. They go out of there to help me find what I need and if they weren’t sure of the answer to my questions they checked with someone they were sure would know, I appreciated that very much.

Tool rentals take forever

He was exceptional. He asked thorough questions about my business including asking for pictures. He then found the BEST wood for my needs and cut it into the sizes I need for my laser. He is a gem of an employee and I wish there were more!

Went on app to look for pex a fittings, no stores around me had any. Drove 45 minutes away to get the pex a fittings i needed and your store had none even though on the app they were in stock. Employees spent time looking for them. Would be a lot easier to find if you had a small section for the pex a fittings like the marietta location does. Also, not sure why all home depots dont have a small selection of pex a fittings instead of customers having to drive out of their way to go to only certain stores that carry them.

The "associate" who was supposed to help me could not be located so a trainee had to do my work order.

We interacted with Victor in major appliances. He answered all of our many questions about freezers, either from personal knowledge or via computer. Tee, our cashier in the garden section, was a joy to interact with. She answered a number of questions regarding our military discount and showed us an easier way to provide the information required for our discount.

Waited to buy pine straw for a week and it was 50% off . So worth the wait and an associate helped load them up too so I was able to get 50 of them .

The lumber that I buy there is quality wood every time I go in

Shopping at Carrollton Home Depot is horrible. Employees attitudes to can't get materials loaded or employees on their phones.

Found what I needed without having to ask for assistance. Completed my transaction and was back in the car before the steering wheel got hot. And that's saying something in August

I went here before anywhere else because my Son recommended Home Depot because he uses this store a lot.

Mrs Jackie is amazing! If you haven’t met her then you need to! Paint is where she will be! Thank you for all that you do !
