We bought a refrigerator from Home Depot had some issues But Kendra, Jennifer and Ramon helped us out no issues took care of things right away no hassles .. I recommend every one to shop at this store in Carson the best experience I've ever had with a store and the management was fantastic..... Thanks again we will definitely keep coming and tell our family and friends!!

Home Depot representative in rental service was very helpful educated and made me feel comfortable with what I needed to rent

Return counter employee's were very helpful and made the return process easy...

I am a woman and I bought a gas range hood and sink disposal aerator. Was too heavy for me to load and unload. I have to put the big box of range hood in my cart. At checkout, I would at least have been offered, if I need help to unload.

I find normally all the stuff I need to finish my projects

I asked for a concrete mold, and this lady helped me when above and beyond the task to help me out and ordered me one right then in there that was great

I use to shop Torrance HD and they were always lacking in supplies, plus not very good care of outdoor plants. I buy really lot of of plants, shrubs etc. This is really important to have a good selection and quality.

I needed help with several custom projects and as I was shopping, I ran into an employee who I later found out was the Manager on duty. He assisted me by walking the entire store. As we walked around, he was asked to assisted others and I had no problem being patient as he helped other customers. He was making sure all of his customers got top quality service. He helped me find exactly what I needed for my projects. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he went over and beyond helping me with my project needs. I will definitely be back and I appreciate his due diligence and effort in making my shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you again!

Employee Marisol who worked in the Garden Department went Above and Beyond to help me a Disabled Veteran the item I was inquiring to her wasn’t in the display section of items so with a friendly smile she new exactly where the particular item was located got it for me right then and there no hesitation Very,Very helpful and Professional. Had this Senora who allow me to use a space to build bouquets for my mom and my sister. I got no time to buy anything for them since I’m flying to WV. They allow me to use their scissors too to help me get my stuff done

I went to the store today to replace my dolly that I had purchased and it wasn’t available on the bottom you know sometimes they store things on top well this guy named Mikie really helped me out and went out of his way some people nowadays they don’t even bother to help you. They tell you to come back But he went out of his way. I really appreciate it Mikie you deserve a raise commendation and you deserve to be told you’re good Employee because I think you are just want people to know in the area that when they go to Home Depot in that area they’re going to get good service from you.
