This store is in a great location. I am able to get several errands done as a result. I like this store because the sales and cashiers help you to find what you need and check you out quickly. I also like the easy no hassle return policy. Thanks for your quality service Casper store!!!

Home Depot has become mediocre in the area of customer service. I was there in the evening right after getting off work to get some yard and garden items. The few employees that I did encounter wouldn't wander from where they were standing to see if assistance was needed. When it came time to check out it was a nightmare. Customer Service was busy. There was one regular cashier by lumber and one person to man self-serve check out which was swamped. This lone cashier was a real trooper, because each person had merchandise that required her attention. There were ten of us and we were patient, but we were delayed. Corporate profits now stand in the way of CUSTOMER SERVICE! At that moment it would have been busy for three cashiers. If you want consumers like myself to continue to use your store you may want to rethink you policy. It's much easier to check out at our Menards and Sutherlands. I like a lot of your products and prices, but extremely dislike your customer service.

The store has ample parking, friendly customer service who are quick to assist. They have good selection on every thing.

We practically live at home Depot. They treat us well whether we are there to purchase home remodeling material or roofing supplies for my husband's business. We are never disappointed. Go Casper Home Depot!

You are fortunate in that I believe you have a great group of employees, unfortunately corporate offices have chosen this direction of self-checkout. Fewer cashiers means less payroll I get that, but it also communicates to me less customer service. I honestly believe the art of human interaction and customer service are all going by the wayside in the name of profit (not that profits aren’t important). I feel it’s important to support local economies but with less customer service and human interaction I understand why more and more people chose to shop online. My opinion is that, my opinion. I believe I’m not the only one that feels this way.

I have found all of the employees to be very polite and friendly. They always give me an answer or find someone who can.

We are currently in the process of building our home and it was time to purchase all of our appliances for our home that has 2 kitchens. Mike & Nancy were very patient with us as the order was quite large. They were both very knowledgeable with the products you carry and were able to answer all of our questions that we had for each of the items we purchased. Please be sure that they receive a "kudos" and get recognized for their excellent customer service because as you know, unfortunately it is a rare thing to get nowadays - Thank you again so much for making this a pleasure shopping experience.

the aisles were cleared and easy to find items I was looking for. Most of the employees were helpful,or at least offered assistance. The service desk was extremely helpful and professional, I usually don't use the service desk but the last several times I had dealt with them very satisfied.

The Casper store is one of the most friendly and with the most helpful home improvement stores in our town. If you shop there enough you probably already know that. Martha, Camilla and a host of others are always eager to help with any questions or concerns that you may have. The people that are normally at the Pro Desk are always their to help you with any shopping needs or directions you may need while shopping in the store. I go there quite often. You should too!

I got excellent assistance at our Casper store while trying to choose some cellular blinds for a bedroom. Both people that helped me (on 2 separate visits) were knowledgeable and friendly.

The Casper, WY store is one of the best Home Depot Stores that I have been to throughout the country. I have yet to be disappointed by any employee at this location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without being "in your face". Kudos to all the employees and the management. This location may not be the biggest store, but it usually has everything I need including help. Martha in building supplies is always a good person to speak to, and Robert in the cabinet department has been helpful in deciding what we need. Thanks!

On Black Friday, I found a new washer & dryer set that was deeply discounted. A store associate showed me the features on the appliances and I left the store to think over the purchase. I returned to the store the following Tuesday, where I was shown a second set, with different features. After thinking it over carefully, I returned a third time to make my purchase. Thanks associates for all of your patience and expertise!

I went to this store after having trouble applying for credit online on Cyber Monday. Your customer service representative, Kathryn, was outstanding!! The terminal at their desk was also giving them problems, but the rep persevered and after three attempts and phone calls, we were able to able to get the application approved. As an end result, I saved $100 on a new appliance purchase by using my Home Depot credit card. Great job!
