When I buy anything there I use it now that's why I go to home depot it's here when I need it .

Ordered multiple items for a project, which showed in stock and accepted the order and payment , Sasi’s deliver next day, after order , the delivery was split in two separate slots 9 days apart. Delivered some items two days after and waited for the second delivery a week and got a message that they had to cancel the order as it is out of stock . Now I have the items which is delivered is not useful and have to return it

I’ve shopped this Home Depot store for 30 years, dating back to when I bought my first home. The employees are friendly and most of them are helpful. I’ve seen some of them almost as long as I’ve been shopping there which tells you they’re doing something right if their employees are staying that long The store is always clean. One thing I’ve found frustrating at times is the website inventory doesn’t always match what is actually available. Sometimes to my surprise it will say an item is not available in store and when I get there to look for an alternative, the item I want is actually stocked in store.

I shop mostly at home depot for all my hvac, plumbing, electrical n home improvement necessities. I go in get my stuff n leave. Ussually they have the things i need at a large quantity and great price.

When at this store and need an appliance ask for Jay Kohr he is the best both with service and knowledge he will direct you to your needs.

I am sorry I wasted my time in this store.

The store manager Terrance was the only one that helped me with my large order of 18 sheets of plywood and 12 4×4 posts and 17 2x6 and he helped me load my order onto my trailer because the other lumber associates said they were too busy unloading a truck so I wanted to say Thank You Terrance for being the great manager that you are and for helping me load my order and for helping me put the 18 sheets of plywood on the cart. You are truly a great manager and a great person.

I like the garden department, they always have a nice selection of plants, pots and soil. I have bought a washer and dryer there. They delivered and set them up for me. Also, ahot water heater. Someone else set that up.

He went above and beyond helping me on a busy day. Hard to find someone that caring these days.

Horrible service call u liars and scammers when u want to return defective product

The people are always friendly and say hello. You can always find things and there’s always someone around to help you find something if you cannot. I am so thankful that the stores never empty so that I can get help

I've shopped at the Casselberry Location for years. It is always a good experience.

This is my favorite store and staff is always willing to help I like to shop there.

Sue, in customer service provided five star service. I truly believe her and Terrence went up and beyond their duty to make me happy. This is my preferred store since it’s the closest to my house also.

Customer Service is top notch. Phil was so helpful in getting my information to charge a gift for my sister since I was visiting from SJ, Puerto Rico and didn't have my THD CC. He was really patient and persistent.

I come to this wonderful store the Friday morning after Thanksgiving to take advantage of your beautiful Christmas poinsettias at a huge bargain. Your employees are fabulous giving hot coffee & free donuts as we line up in the dark! I love the inventory of so much more & better prices than any other home improvement store. Your employees are fabulous and so upbeat & helpful. I wish you were closer, but worth the drive!

I went to Home Depot looking for a new refrigerator. The Appliance Specialist that I worked with for my purchase was Nicola Kavanagh. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Great customer service!

After having been in numerous Hope Depot stores I think we finally found one with capable and friendly associates! We were greeted from the moment we walked through the parking lot and all through the store and directed to where we needed to be instantly. The associate that handled our purchase ( and everyone in the department ) was helpful, had extensive information about the product were purchasing, delivery information, and had helpful advise about completing our purchase.

What sets this place apart is their staff. They are helpful and very courteous. During my last trip Jay, Laila, and one other lady whose name I did not catch answered my questions and helped me out.
