I have never had such great experience shopping at HD. I called first, and was surprised out how thorough and concerned the gentleman was in helping me. My produce was getting ready to be put in buy back - Alex and his help found it and got it for me. 2 other HD's today told me nope - that couldn't be done. Every single employee I walked by smiled politely. Those not helping a customer offered help without being too "in your face." The co-workers were smiling and communicating with each other as if they were all family. No employee was talking or whining, which in today's world, is RARE. The customer service here is out of the world. I will journey the few extra miles to get the kind of attention I received today.

STORE NEED IMPROVMENT IN APPLIANCE AND LIGHTING FIXTURE DEPT

Store was busy with customers for sure. It was stacked with summer needs. Reps were customer oriented, friendly, efficient and one rep was a happy and funny lady.

The store was clean. Selection in the storage dept great. Appreciate the variety of products offered.

Ed from the grilling department was phenomenal, he went above and beyond to help us find and buy a grill.

During a very high customer traffic day I visited the store 5 times. Every staff member in the Garden Department was cheerful and willing to assist me. I am particularly pleased to see the professional care for the plants. Vicki knows her plants and that is an unusual experience for me at the "big box stores." I usually go to a nursery for specific information.

Lisa helped me with my brick purchase from the shelf to the car. She was awesome even making sure I had the right gloves. Because the store was out of stock she even let me have her extra pair!!! Awesome customer service she should be an employee of the month/year/store!

I go to this location often. Never have I been displeased. Everyone is on one accord. Always ready to assist.

Employees always go out of their way to be friendly and polite, from the moment you walk into the store. This is not always the case in every Home Depot you visit!

Cortia (spelling) was most helpful and jovial. It would excellent if a few of the persons on the floors, would ask if we needed support. 4 floor employees looked at me walk by the same locations multiple times and did not approach me for support. However, at check out, Cortia made up for it through her superlative customer service.

I've never seen such an awesome Kids' Workshop. Balloons, snacks, a bunch of folks helping out, costumes for the workers helping out? You guys really have a gem here! Makes if a lot of fun for everyone. I'm so impressed!

The products are easy to find the associate are helpful if you find one that works in the department that you are shopping in.

Went to Glen Burnie and Landsdown Home Depots looking for Vinyl Fence end posts. All showed inventory available. Charle, Catonsville Home Depot took the time to look up the part and went to the back and found the four In needed. Now I can install my fence tomorrow. Cheers Steve
