This store is well stocked. The clerks, attendants & cashiers are so helpful. I come from another area just to shop here.

The store is not like other Home Depots. Most have some sort of cleanliness. Not this one.

The rudest , non- caring associates ! No concept of service. Do not go there.

The associates at Home Depot Catonsville did an outstanding job and I will continue to shop at Home Depot.. Found Specialty items with help from associates, store was clean, and the associates were very friendly and respectful. .

One of the best Home Depot stores I have visited. I am much closer to to the Reisterstown Store but I travel across town to Catonsville store because of the Excellent Customer Service. Knowledgeable staff willing to make your shopping experience very pleasant. Easy to find products.

I had the most enjoyable Home Depot experience today thanks to Misha and the rest of the employees who tried to help me find the product I was shopping for today. Even though they did not have what I needed in stock, the employees friendliness, helpfulness, and obvious appreciation they have for doing their best at their job made the trip worthwhile.

The employees Do you not care about their customers, they will not look you at you nor face you when they speak to you. Obviously I was inconveniencing them by asking for assistance wondering where the product was. My deepest apologies that I interrupted your work. Will not happen again will not be shopping at this location. Rude employees.

The worst home depo you could shop at. Employees most of them know absolutely nothing and are useless. Shop somewhere else. Managers aren’t even any help.

Ordered 3 items on line for pick-up. 48 hours later the order was still not ready to pick-up! Cancelled the order, came to the store and in 30 minutes collected the items, paid and was out the door! NOT the type of service you'd expect when ordering on line!

Customer Service was horrible. Order an Item online (said they had 5 in stock), went to pick up the item, drove from Harford County, as this was the closest store with what we needed, was told they couldn't find any of the 5, (no big deal, we understood everything has been crazy) was told we would get a call that day as to whether they had the item or not (which was fine I could order one from Amazon and get it delivered quickly). We did not hear from them that day, tried to call the next afternoon, no one answered the phone at the store, then called the 1-800 # and was on hold for 1 hr 23 mins. They called the store and could not get a hold of them, we were told that we would hear from them by the end of Friday. Fast forward another day and we get a refund to our email. Never got a call, called the store to see what was going on, and the Assistant Manager blamed it on COVID. The lack of stock may be because of COVID, the lack of customer service was because of poor management, lack of follow through and not following procedure. Bottom line, if you order online from this store, CALL ahead their inventory is a hot mess and their customer service is just as bad.

Super messy.... super hard to find anything you need. I love homedepot! But I won’t go back to this location

I personally want to thank Kobe and Trenia for helping with my item and also the froendly service I received from previous times shopping at Home Depot but this last time meant a lot to me because those two employees went out there way gor me and I'll treat them to some Krispy Kreme doughnuts mext time I'm in that area. Thanks again staff and Home Depot.

I visited recently and had an exceptionally good experience with store staff. They were easy to approach, stayed engaged with me to find what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in every way.

The salesclerks are immature. I saw and heard them( AAF) laughing and making negative comments about customers wearing protective masks. The girl waiting on me never greeted me. She then forgot to hand me my bag. Iwaled out and had to come back and get it. I am a regular customer and I am an AAF. In the past they had more professional behaving employees. I think management is afraid to discipline or reprimand them. It embarrasses me to see their behavior. We have enough going against us already. We don't need to be foolish and ignorant in our public jobs.

The store is always orderly. There is no shortage of qualified knowledgeable employees to assist with a question. Merchandise is easy to find and the aisles are labeled for convenience. I am a female and I love just browsing through the many departments to see if I need something. The environment is unbelievably relaxing. I love Home Depot

This store location is not different from the other Home Depot stores I frequent are Liberty Road, Reisterstown Road Plaza, Owings Mills (Maryland) ...they all share the following: 1. Lack of helpful associates on the floor 2. Store personnel does not ask if any assistance is needed 3. Limited inventory

But merchandise was confusing when it came to finding prices. Home Depot in Ellicott City has always had more selections and personnel to assist.

Customer service team members, key making team members, and cashiers are very friendly, kind, courteous, and, most importantly, helpful!

Drive to another Home Depot. I was cursed at, yelled at, and ignored by several employees around 1:00 PM on Friday, February 21 2020. One employee at the paint desk (Susanna?) didn’t appear to know how to read or do anything and could not help me. Only one employee, Darren, was polite and working very hard. Everyone else was either rude, completely unhelpful, or on their phone. Even the security guard was sitting in an empty aisle on her phone. There was also no manager available to express these concerns. What an absolute MESS.

TERM IS is a Beautiful Woman great edition too the store .........
