Looking for a new lawnmower and the employee helped us make a decision with his knowledge of the product.

This store is always out of something. An employee complained to ME that "we don't have enough people to refill the shelves".. most of the inventory sits in the middle of the aisles making it near-impossible to get a cart through. By comparison the Lakeline store is clean, organized, and the employees are happy to help. We live less than a mile from the Whitestone store but have started either driving to Lakeline or Lowe's in Leander.

Great store in a peaceful area, with friendly and helpful staff.

The helpfulness from the seasoned employees is exceptional, the young employees could use a lesson from these seasoned employees on manners and communication skills.

All the associates were more than helpful. They never passed me on or made me wait.

Very helpful in the tool rental area-easy to rent and return.

I enjoy shopping to that store, great customer service. The item i wanted way there for me.

I quickly and easily found what I was looking for. The price was right and check out was quick and easy, considering it was a nice sunny warm Saturday around 1100. Also, the associates are always pleasant and helpful.

We were buying a new refrigerator (ours had suddenly died), and had done some research on HomeDepot.com. We went to the store, and George was so incredibly helpful. He showed us the floor model to make sure it was what we wanted, and then helped us apply for the store credit card. To be honest, I was very anxious about walking in and making such a large purchase, but George (and another associate) made the process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend this store for future purchases.

Busy store with great staff ! It was one of those Saturdays were we all decide to work on projects at the same time. I wanted some weed and feed for my lawn (pesky weeds and geez when will the brown turn green already) and one of those scrapers for my cook top. I found the weed and feed easily as Home Depot had strategically placed them on pallets up front *great idea*. But that scraper thingie was harder to find. I gave a very bad description to George in appliances who took me straight to it and I got the cleaning kit. My stove top now doesn't look eeeewwwwww anymore. Its all bright and shinny like a model home. Thanks for making the trip worth my time and money

Entire reason to go to store was to view product seen online. So disappointed when I couldn't see it.

This is the best Home Depot in North Austin. Parking lot and store are both easy in/ easy out. Most products are kept in stock there - much better than other N Austin locations.

Was easy to get in and out with the items being available that I needed.

I requested assistance for loading my car and the checkout lady was trying to find someone and no one appeared after a while - so she said that she would help me. She had a line of customers and so I managed to load my car. I appreciated her offer. You need someone in the garden area to help folks with heavy bags of soils.

You get just what you expect from Home Depot. Prices, availability, and helpful staff. The standard in home improvement - no one does it better!

Fairly easy to find what I was looking for and the employees were helpful.

Overall the store is clean, everyone is friendly and things are very easy to find. However, I purchased a bag of sand grout and it was expensive.

I went to buy a few bags of stones for a project. The product was easy to find and priced well. The cashier was very friendly and pleasant.

no help and the people working their seem like they don't want to help anyone! when you ask them a question on a price durning checkout they look at you like -why are you asking me this and no you are wrong. when you go and try to find the right product(you also got to take back the product yourself and restock it) its not their.

I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON MY HOME DEPOT TO HAVE THE PRODUCTS THAT I NEED.

I found exactly what I was looking for, and I'm very impressed with the wide range of items they have in stock. Would def come back to shop here.

The top soil was priced so a laid so that I could pick out the kind I wanted easily. I loaded it on my cart and when I checked out, the clerk quickly found me someone to load it in my car. I was in and out of the store and back on the road in about 10 minutes. I was very happy about that.

I am building a brand-new house and knowing that Home Depot is there to help me with all the small project that I have planned and "the wife" has planned, is great to know I will be coming back to this Home Depot as much as I can. Thank you again for being courteous and knowledgeable.

The store is good and most of the associate is good and excellent in helping. But some times hard to find an associate in the aisle, but otherwise they are helpful
