Very friendly, helpful clerks, always willing to stop and take care of us customers and say "hi, how can I help you", when we come in. Always have what you are looking for in stock!

The employees are friendly and helpful. There is always some member who will jump in and cover for an associate that may be helping another customer. The store is clean and items are generally accessible. The product pricing and promotions and selection is great.

I had a complex quote for a composite deck railing from another Home Depot store that looked wrong and even the representative there wasn't confident about it. I took the quote to a different Home Depot where a representative named LARRY helped me. He called the railing vendor to understand all the parts, met with me to discuss options, called me multiple times to fine tune the order, and finalized a new, more accurate quote for me. He genuinely made me feel like my project was top priority.

associates cant be found in departments, when u go to particular depts. no one is there, u wait for someone to show and no one shows, have to go look for associates or have to go to CS and ask for page

Thank you for being so kind to the Doggie shoppers! Our retrievers hate it when we leave them at the house so we often bring them to Home Depot. The Cedar Park store in particular is one of the friendliest stores of any kind to K9s - many of the store employees fawn over our Dogs when we're at the store and it's one of the things that separates this store from all others. Four paws up!

THE MAN IN THE PAINT DEPT HANDLED US AND TWO OTHERS AT THE SAME TIME. HE WAS EXTREMELY GOOD AT HIS JOB

I have been going here for quite a while now. Almost all of the associates are very helpful, helped me couple of times with questions for a rookie like me.

Abel in flooring was very knowledgable. He was friendly and took the time to show me different products. He also had great advise about quantity of tile, as well as advise our installer did not give us about how to protect the tile.

The Whitestone Home Depot has the most helpful clerks of any location in 3 states! They always walk me to the item(s) I need help finding. I've lived in FL, NC, and now TX and this Home Depot location is very clean and the staff are VERY helpful and patient. They even fixed my lawnmower in their service dept a couple weeks ago and did a great job!!

My husband and I are painting the interior of our entire house and had great customer service and help from the paint department here with picking out the right paint and supplies for the job. Everything looks great!
