when entering the store you are greeted with very friendly an helpful staff . found everything I needed . the store is very clean. When checking out the lady who checked me out was really sweet and friendly . Didn't have to wait at all quick check-out

I needed help selecting a driveway sealer Costumer service was more than I expected. Rena was knowledgeable and when I ask her which grade of sealer that they sold the most . she pulled the data up on the computer. I bought the one most purchased and applied the sealer and I was very pleased with the results. The video on application on-line was good.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of Randy, my kitchen designer. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the cabinets and design that he worked on. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful

Store was clean. Associate was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I had right product and that everything was in the package.

I had a key incorrectly created at a different store which caused quite a bit of frustration, but the staff at this store helped rectify the situation and leave me with a pleasant experience.

The store has no real loading area. You must park in the line of traffic or partially so.

TAMMY WAS SO HELPFUL, ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP WITH A LAWNMOWER.WENT TO GET ME A CART,LOADED THE LAWNMOWER,PUSHED IT TO THE REGISTER, AND THEN PUSHED THE CART TO THE JEEP AND LOADED IT. WOW! THANK YOU.ALSO TOLD ME TO REGISTER MY ADDITIONAL 2 YR PLAN WHEN I GOT HOME. ;)

I was very well pleased that the Turbo pressure washer attachment was available and happy with the price in comparison to others, although it did take sometime for me to find it since it was in one of those safely locked boxes which were clear and had no noticeable recognizable color or indication of the product. I almost walked out until i took another look and found the price which i knew to look for because i researched online. The Turbo cuts the work in half, saves time. It is a wonderful and well worth the price!

I went in for an air filter and easily found one with the help of an available associate. It's great to see associates available to help you!

The associate was very friendly and helped locate the air conditioner I was looking for. My only critical suggestion would be that associates might have a little more training on seasonal items that require more specific product knowledge and expertise to help customer with their choices.

Great experience. I didn't get all that I wanted cause they were not available but the customer service more than made up for it. I also love that pets are allowed in the store. My dogs loved being able to go shopping with me. Can't wait to come back

Went in looking for pressure treated plywood to make flooring for a motorcycle trailer. The staff was extremely helpful and readily available. I was in and out with my purchase in no time. I guess I'm not like typical women, I don't like shopping, and anything that can make it quick and easy is good in my book.

I know the majority of the employees at this store. They are all knowledgable and courteous.

This is a great store. All the employees have been quite helpful. I didn't have any trouble finding the items I needed during this visit, but other times the associates have taken me right to the item I needed.

An associate usually recognizes right away that I need help, and I usually do. They will walk me right to the item I am looking for and then tell me to "Have a good day",

Brendon in the garden center was very friendly and pointed out plants that I hadn't noticed but wound up purchasing because of his recommendations. I couldn't be happier.

After shopping at FIVE stores the sales associate TARA in Millwork did what others could not do - she did her job and did it extremely well! We were initially told that we could not order the door my mother wanted for her home TARA walked my mother through her options with the greatest of ease and displayed exceptional knowledge of what was available and how to get it. The world needs more people like TARA.

Went in buy a grinder and entered the store at the wrong end. Asked for help to where the grinders were and got immediate help to guide me to the other end of the store. The just didn't point the way they actually took me right to the item I was looking for and got another helper that knew about grinders and turned me over to him. He answered all my questions and I headed to checkout. I went to self checkout as there was a very nice lady there and she helped me thru. In and out in 10 minutes--wow.

I had a previous quote for a product but it had been some time ago. The associate I worked with was not in at the time I arrived. Two other associates helped me very quickly order the exact product I came for. Very nice and helpful! I am pleased! I have frequented this store and different departments for years and have always received the same helpfulness!

I had a very special project which meant a lot to my family. Eric in Paint took time out to help me complete this. He was great. All stores need this kind of associate working for them. His help made this project a HIT. Thanks Eric.

This is by far the best home depot. All the associates are great and the store is always clean.

On a Saturday afternoon, I was greeted by (I think) a rather new associate. I explained my needs and he took me to Randy Whitson in the Kithen area. Mr Whitson did a layout and offered some better suggestions..He checked stock and wrote a sales ticket and I was gone! These guys we very good! Thanks, Burl Haun

I always enjoy coming to this store and seeing what new flowers or available or shopping the storage sheds in the parking lot. The employees are helpful and welcoming. It is always easy to find what I need.

Returned a dehumidifier that was 8 months old. Associates were super friendly and helped me. I went and got another dehumidifier and was out the door in a short time. Was really nice to be treated so friendly. At first I went into the store without the old dehumidifier to make sure they had a replacement. Had to ask an associated where there were, I must have walked right past them! She thought she knew where they were but said to hold on and she made a call to be sure. She was friendly, the checkout was friendly and the checkout supervisor were all very friendly and helpful
