GET RID OF THE SELF CHECK OUT REGISTERS AND HIRE MORE HELPFUL FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES! THE EMPLOYESS ARE GREAT AND DOING THE BEST THEY CAN, yet THEIR HANDS ARE BOUND WITH CORPORATE RED TAPE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS!

Overall, the associates were friendly and helpful; however, I would suggest that there be some kind of button to push in a particular area that alerts an associate whenever a customer needs help, especially with cutting wood.

This store is easily accessible from I-40 in Knoxville, TN. Most store employees know where everything is located in the store in order to direct you to a particular aisle. Bethany A. is a real asset because she helped me locate this purchase.

WEEEEEE OH at the DEPOT!!!! The store did not have the trim in stock...BUT...the friendly sales staff helped us to find it on-line...sooooooo you could say we found a "Weeeeeee Oh!!!" at the "Depot"!.

Customers beware! Ordering online is a nightmare! Delivery service is a nightmare! Customer service is a nightmare! When ordering an appliance I did not receive it during that window of time that I was told I would. If I had not called to check on this order I would have never known what was happening. No one ever informed me of when my delivery was rescheduled until I called four times. Worst experience ever! Will never shop here again!

As soon as I walked in to Home Depot with my list of lumber to buy, a young man working there came to help me. I am 73 yrs old so this means a lot to me as my husband has to have a cane or chair for mobility and is a Veteran. I wish I could remember his name but I appreciate everyone that doesn't ask if you need help but just helps. Thanks

Homedepot stores have always had what I was looking for and have ordered for me when items have been out of stock .The employees also have always been there when I needed assistance and the stores are very clean compared to other stores

I love coming to my neighbor hood Home Depot. Everyone is always on point. There are so many stories that I can tell that it would take hours to tell it all. Home Depot saved my plumbing in my home and my sisters home.When my power went out the guy showed me what to get and do.They showed my other sister how to put in flooring and now her flooring is great. This is just small list of things.
