As soon as I walked in to Home Depot with my list of lumber to buy, a young man working there came to help me. I am 73 yrs old so this means a lot to me as my husband has to have a cane or chair for mobility and is a Veteran. I wish I could remember his name but I appreciate everyone that doesn't ask if you need help but just helps. Thanks

Clean and well organized store. All staff members were kind and patient and very helpful. Products were fantastic and all in stock.

Homedepot stores have always had what I was looking for and have ordered for me when items have been out of stock .The employees also have always been there when I needed assistance and the stores are very clean compared to other stores

I love coming to my neighbor hood Home Depot. Everyone is always on point. There are so many stories that I can tell that it would take hours to tell it all. Home Depot saved my plumbing in my home and my sisters home.When my power went out the guy showed me what to get and do.They showed my other sister how to put in flooring and now her flooring is great. This is just small list of things.

The Pro-Desk at the Home Depot on Centerline Drive is OUTSTANDING. They are always very helpful in the entire order process. From placing an order, setting up delivery, check-out, and even a few times that I have had to change a delivery. They are always happy to help. I have been in the store when they are busy and the Pro-Desk is very efficient in helping everyone check-out quickly. They are understanding that there is "work to be done". If you have a business or large project, I advise you to visit the Pro-Desk at Centerline.

the store has a friendly staff. I generally find everything I need to complete projects I Have.

The staff is very helpful and always ask if they can help. On a recent home delivery, the service manuel and key did not accompany my new lawn mower. I called the store and the associate at the Service Desk apologized for any inconvenience and said that they would deliver them to me. A few hours later the Manager of the store showed up at my front door with the manuel and keys for the mower. Great service begins at the top of the Company and she really believes in customer service.

The store was very clean and the shelves were well-stocked making for an environment you want to shop in.

The person in the kitchen designs was great he is great at his job and a great asset to your company Randy Whitson

The store was clean and had what we needed. Bobbie helped us and was very personable at checkout. At a later visit the same day, Chico went above and beyond helping us order our new fridge. He was patient and thorough even though the store was closing.

I have always found employees working their aisles of the store and they always ask if I found what I was looking for or asked if I need assistance. This does not happen in their main competitors store so I always shop in this store.

Great store to look for anything you need especially if you need long trim.

I used Home Depot for a door purchase and installation, so this particular person is not employed at home depot. However, I just wanted to say that I wanted a screen door installed and used the company that Home Dept contracts with. My installer, Buddy, was so efficient and did such a great job, I just wanted to mention him. I was VERY happy with the result.

Helpful employees that seem to want to help you and make the experience in the store the best you can have.

WENT TO BUY A WASHING MACHINE. LARGE SELECTION, BUT DID NOT REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM AND COULDN'T GET ANYONE TO COME HELP US. SOMEONE WAS DOWNSTAIRS AT THE DESK, AND HAD TO HAVE SEEN US BECAUSE WE WERE UP THERE FOR OVER A HOUR, PASSING BY THE CLEAR THING UPSTAIRS, BUT NEVER OFFERED TO COME SEE IF WE NEEDED SOME HELP. HAD TO GO DOWN AND ASK FOR HELP ORDERING IT. SOME OTHER GIRL ORDERED IT FOR US.

Love my Centerline Home Depot store. I can go in there at any time and explain to any associate what I want to do and I get the help that I need. I have not encountered any rude or disengaged associates at anytime during my many trips to this store. I would recommend this store to any other home improvement store

I find each time I enter the store friendly employees that are helpful and will guide through steps if you need it. Each aisle is marked by what is available in it making it easier to find items. I also find the prices at Home Depot lower than some similar stores. I would recommend this store to shop in.

This store is super convenient for me and I think the staff is more friendly than it was years ago. I have been going there for 10+ years. Years ago the men in the store acted like I didn't know what I was talking about even though I was the homeowner and the one doing the project. It has gotten better.
