I was disappointed that the associates who helped at the kitchen department were not available until 9:am. I was completely happy with the sales representative and felt he was very personable and professional. I liked the quality dishwashers that were available. I bought the product on Thursday and it could not be delivered until Tuesday of the next week. At other stores that I have bought appliances I was able to have delivery within 2 days. All associates that I talked to were friendly and were great with customer service.

The people in this store really love their work and do an awesome job helping me.

I went to Home Depot on a Saturday, looking for a drip line hose and whatever else I would need to make it work with my current set up. I was able to find an associate almost immediately in the aisle I needed, which I found very surprising on a Saturday. It only took him a couple of minutes to finish with his current customer and then he helped me find everything I needed. I wasn't sure what type of connectors I would need, so thankfully, this associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to assist me in getting the right products the first time!! I truly appreciated his help and would recommend Home Depot as a great place to shop!!

All was well with the store. I have nothing really to say since it was a quick in and out experience.

It was a great visit, I just wish I had a bit more help with loading my purchases in my car.

Got the help and item I needed without difficulty.

We went in with questions about tiling our bathroom floor. It was a slower evening in the store, so the associate, Micach, was really able to go above and beyond in helping us plan our bathroom remodel. He was very knowledgeable in his own department as well as in other departments as well. We left the store feeling very empowered and excited about our upcoming remodel.

I'm an online shopping kind of guy, so i rarely go into stores when i can help it. But everyone i talked to told me that if i wanted a line of credit, i would get a better one by going into the store. I chose to go into Home Depot during my lunch break from work. I was able to go into the store, setup a line of credit, extend my line of credit, and make a large appliance purchase setup for delivery, all within a matter of 10 minutes. That time to spare provided me with just enough time to grab myself a Starbucks on my way back to work.

Sales associate was great. The tool box was damaged so I had to take it back.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received in the lighting area.

I've been making some major upgrades to my home. I've been in the Centerville Home Depot several times a week, and sometimes two or three times a day, for the past five months. I've never had a bad experience. The economy has improved and I've noticed more and more employees around the store to help me. I've used the loaders and unloaders several times. That has been especially appreciated by me.

The store was easy to navigate. The associates were very helpful and friendly. The selfcheckout lady Linda was wonderfully helpful without being pushy.

The new Operations Manager "Hana" was rude and treated me like a criminal when I attempted to exchange an item that I had purchased.. She has absolutely no business being in a management position and I will no longer shop there as long as she is in that store! I would most definitely NOT recommend this store!!

We've had interactions with Ken from appliances a handful of times, and he's always amazing. He's very knowledgeable, loves to hear and answer questions and show off product features. He's more interested in fitting you with the right stuff then just pushing products. The only frustration I've ever had is when there are too many customers for the store associates to handle, but they still make sure you're seen and help you as soon as they can

This was my second visit to the store in about an hour's time since my son-in-law and I were replacing the drain in his kitchen sink. The replacement drain fit fine, but the pipe we needed to hook it onto was now too short, so I came back to Home Depot to get some advice on how to remedy this. Dillon helped me and was so kind, funny, and knowledgeable despite the fact that this was a very minor purchase. I especially appreciated how he understood that it was really important to me to get the right parts and the pipe I needed cut correctly so that we could successfully finish the repair--which we did. Hooray! And this is why I keep coming to Home Depot--I know that I can always count on your team to help me figure out whatever I need to do to get the job done right. Thank you all so much!

We purchased several name-brand lights at Home Depot.com. Not only were the lights a great price and shipped for free, we were able to return the ones we didn't use without a restocking fee. I rolled in with boxes of lights and the associate was super helpful. You know how sometimes associates pull an attitude when you return things. Not here. They were professional and pleasant. Thank you Home Depot.

Terrie Marshall rocks ... she went above and beyond to help me figure out a lot of problems and a change of flooring and work with vendors and suppliers to make things happen. So happy with her and will go back to HD because of it. Kudos to the lost art of customer service in the industry.

You have a wonderful little old lady working for you as a cashier in the contractor checkout. She used to work at Lowes and I actually shopped over there sometimes because of the experiences I had during my transactions with her. She is fun to talk to, knowledgeable, helpful and always makes you feel important!
