I was completely satisfied with all the help Lou from pluming dept. gave me through out the store. The experience at this store was very good.

Store was clean except for a few of the seed and fertilizer bags were ripped open

Good place to go if you a owner of a house or whatever project you have to do.....

When I got there, the Greeter accurately directed me with a smile to where I needed to go. I then met ROB who was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know to repair a problem in my home. He offered his future assistance in a gentle way. I would look for him if i returned and needed something in his department. Another Associate was also very accommodating when I asked to speak to a Manager. She called him immediately and then paged him. The Manager NATHAN, also very accommodating.

As my husband & I entered the HOME DEPOT thru the garden center for about the 100th. time, my husband passed a remark that we had taken for granted. He said to me how organized every thing was & price marked making it easier to shop.

Paint associate very helpful although there should be more people on floor to help customers in each department very annoying trying to find workers in department.

The associate at customer service was extremely patient & knew her job!!!

The store was in order, I found the items needed quickly thanks to the home depot app which pointed me to the right location. The cashier was very kind and asked me if I needed assistance loading the things in my car but I declined, however it was nice to know I could get help of I needed it.

Always people readily available to help and answer questions

Every time I visit this store I'm always met with a smile and willingness to help me with anything i need. The associates I've dealt with at this store have been exceptionable and as a customer it's nice to get such great service. Obviously the people who work there have a great management team there since the workers are a reflection of that.

The store looked like they were in the process of changing things around. It is a big store and seems top have stock when needed. It is not that easy to find someone to help all the time but it is a big store..

I purchased strawberry plants from the garden area. Linda (LAR5216), the checkout associate, noticed that one of the plants looked a little wilted and asked if I would like her to water it for me. I assured her I was close to home and would do so when I arrived there. She spoke a little of her background in nursery work and I thanked her for her offer of water. She made my visit to the garden area pleasant. And by the way the strawberry plant is doing well!!

The store is well organized with staff on hand ready to lend a helping hand.

Needed a price check at check-out. When associate finally showed up, I had to show her which aisle product was located in. Aisle was blocked off from customers at that time or I would've grabbed price myself. Associate took 20 mins to come back with price. Not happy. I usually have a nice and quick experience shopping at this store and associates are very helpful most of the time. Not this time.
