Diane in the Flooring Dept. was extremely helpful in helping us decide on our tile project. She was very knowledgable about the products offered, she took the time to show us what it would look like, explained every step necessary to tile our bathroom, and knew exactly what we needed for the project.

Items easy to find. Cashier friendly, store clean.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP I RECEIVED FROM STEVE IN HARDWARE AND LOU IN PLUMBING. THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER.

it is hard to get help , they need to fix that , in order to be better.

Mostly of the store associates were nice and friendly. I only had ONE very bad experience with a female associate at the returns cashier.

I had a great shopping experience at this store.It was clean,well lit,helpful associates,and the merchandise I purchased were reasonably priced and available. Checkout was quick,everything was scanned fast(express),and cashier was pleasant.

I spoke with four associates on this visit. The associate in lighting was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and took the time to help me find everything I needed . The cashier was also very pleasant and friendly. I always like this store --- they have very nice employees.

My husband and I live in Nassau county and were visiting my sister. We stopped in this Home depot and were pretty impressed. In our Home depot it's hard to track down a sales associate for help. This Home depot they go out of their way to find you and see if you need any help. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and pleasant..even the cashiers!

I find the store to be well organized, making it easy to find items of interest. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The checkout is easy and when I use the self checkout there is usually staff there to assist when needed. The Garden area is spacious and loaded with well maintained plants and garden supplies. I enjoy seeing the well cared for plants! I have purchased many over the years and always find them to be healthy, which makes their adjustment to my home much easier than plants I have purchased at other garden spots. I always look forward to Spring at Home Depot, with their sales on mulch, plants, garden tools, etc. I am glad that I have the "Best Home Depot" to enjoy the season with.

The associates are great at this location. I used to shop at the Bay shore store but there is never anyone to help you and if you do find someone they tell you they don't know or go ask the pro desk. Now I shop at this store. I am a simple homeowner. I am not a licensed contractor but if i worked in a home improvement store I would at least gain a little knowledge. No more Bay Shore store for me.

Everytime I go in Home Depot all the salespeople want to help and are very friendly. always willing to solve my problems.

The store was clean. There was not much help available. This is usually true with most Home Depot stores on Long Island.

Associate Don was great in helping me with my selection of a water heater. He is very friendly and knows what he is talking about.
