I rarely write reviews but Jonid was exceptional. He cared about what I needed, wasn't pushy or lazy but just helpful. Twice I've been there and he's been super. He usually works late because this is his second job. GOOD work ethic too!!!!

I absolutely love this store!!! The employees are top notch and if I need help in any department someone is always there to lend a helping hand. Best customer service ever!!!! My grandpa Clyde Smith was the founder and owner of Smitty's Grocery Stores in the valley and Smitty's is still well known to this day even after being closed for almost 30 years because of their loyal staff, their amazing customer service, their spotless stores, their high quality selection of products and services, their ethical practices and so much more! Home Depot is a huge reflection on our community and provides the high standards that today's consumer deserves! Keep doing exactly what you are doing!!! Gratefully Susie

If you are shopping for any type of tool - go to THIS specific location and ask for Tom- he will give you honest advice and takes his time to understand what you are using the tool for. If you need paint - ask for Michelle. She will make sure you get everything you need! She is great and so friendly!

Store well organized and staff helpful. Looking for a Christmas tree and they went out of their way to help me find a great one. Will make this my go to Home Depot store.

The employee at the flooring area was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful selecting flooring materials needed, such as underlay for floor I was laying in my kitchen area. I can always rely that employees are knowledgeable and can give me ideas for completing my projects.

I purchased my washer and dryer at this store to be delivered at my new home . Manny was the employee who helped me . He was great explained product and warranties plus delivery expectations. Manny made sure sales price was correct at the cashier before I was charged . The other clerks were also helpful!

I am in between several locations and always go back to this one. People like MJ ( cashier) and a few others always make my visit very personable and give me that “Home Town” hardware store feeling. They make my visit more of a relationship rather than a transaction. My Family and I really appreciate their extra effort and we look forward to visiting every time.

Any employee I have run across has always been smiling and helpful. Always find things were they tell me they will be. Love the coupons and the store looks great.

Brad was incredibly helpful and walked me through what the sink repair would be including making sure I actually had the right parts and tools at home.

This is the best Home Depot in the Chandler Gilbert area. My store! Always seems to be clean, I know this store really well. The employees are always looking to assist the customers. I have never had a bad experience with any of the associates at my Home Depot!!

Everytime I come to this store I have gotten good service from the employees I have dealt with. This time Steel the cashier was extremely friendly.

I have been coming here for years an it has alway been good.

WE VISIT HOME DEPOT 1-2 TIMES A WEEK AND EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I NEVER HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE TO HELP. IT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WE CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Dave in plumbing is so knowledgeable. I was changing a kitchen faucet and went to your store hoping that Dave was working and sure enough he was. I call my plumbing projects boomerang projects because it seems I am always coming back to them. But Dave is so competent and knowledgeable I have confidence of a successful plumbing project.
