I really enjoy shopping at the Hamilton Place Home Depot. The staff is friendly and the store is well stocked and kept.

I waited for more than 20 minutes after an employee was paged to help me. I was buying cabinets, not a small ticket item. Once an associate decided to help, I got good service.

I wnet in for just two items that took about 10 minutes to locate. I didn't need any help but was constantly checked on and offered help. Amazing. It's how a store should be run.

The associates were excellent in helping me load two flat carts with 10 kitchen cabinets and push them up front. We all asked if it was ok to leave them there while I found my 85 year old father who was browsing the store while I selected cabinets. After I found him and went to get my cabinets, they were gone. The manager on duty (MOD) told the associates to take them back to the cabinet department. Guess he really didn't want to sell them. These cabinets were on 20% off sale and a hot commodity. Thank goodness the associates kept a close eye on them. This added 20 minutes to my shopping experience that I don't really have. I then had to leave my dad again and go search for the cabinets and have them wheeled to the front of the store again. My recommendation of the store is based on my interactions with the store associates. They have been helpful, friendly, willing to answer questions.

Dusty & Jan are exceptional associates!! They assisted my daughter and me from point of purchase of a Weber Genesis grill and accessories through checkout and loading. You're fortunate to have them on your excellent team!! Jerre Haskew

It was nice and clean. A guy from gardening was able to help me in lighting!

The store was clean and all of the associates were friendly but one young man in particular will keep us coming back. His name is Zach and he is always there wearing his cowboy hat and a smile! Greets you every time you come in the door and always offers a helping hand! It's nice to shop in a place where people take pride in their jobs and are genuinely nice, courteous people!

Home Depot is an adventurous and fun place to shop. Associates helpful!

Light bulbs were not on the shelves with all the other bulbs. After much searching, the one type of bulb I was looking for was in the back of the store in a display that partially blocked the aisle. The box on the shelf in the front of the store was empty. I found this to be a time-consuming job that caused frustration.

The garden area was clean, neat and organized. The sales associate was very helpful. Love, love, love this store.

This is my local, go-to store for everything I need to keep my home in good repair. I find that Home Depot consistently has better quality products at competitive prices. Light bulbs, window coverings, electrical products, light fixtures, plumbing, tools, and outdoor plants and products are very good quality. The associates at this store are knowledgeable and friendly.

The store was clean but some of the aisles were clogged with ladder/stairs and there were no associates in the tools section.

Dan in plumbing is the most helpful person I've ever met. If you look customer service up in the dictionary, I'll bet there's a picture of Dan. I'll be making Home Depot my first stop from now on. Seriously, I don't normally participate in these surveys but Dan made what I thought was going to be a pain in the butt into a quick and easy fix. I've always said, "You can make more money but you can't make more time." Well, Dan saved me money and time today. I don't know what his salary is but I know it's not enough. Thanks again Dan. You were a BIG help to me today.

The associates and clerk were friendly and helpful. I was completely satisfied with the experience shopping at Home Depot.

Zach got my 15 bags of concrete on a loader, and helped me load it in my truck. He was eager and erstwhile.

Three different associates checked on me and were all very helpful. My experience was very positive. I was able to purchase everything I needed for a home project.

out of stock on item i was looking for, couldn't find an associate to help....I looked in the overhead myself for the items, no stock available (towel bars)

WENT TO PURCHASE LUMBER, THE ENTIRE SKID WAS MISLABELED. CASHIER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. FLOOR ASSOCIATE WAS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND WAS NOT CORRECTED WHEN THE LUMBER CAME IN THE STORE FROM VENDOR. 2X10X8 WERE LABEL 2X10X10 ABOUT A 5$ PRICE DIFFERENCE. INFORM STORE MANAGER HE SEEM UNCONCERNED. ALSO LOWES GIVES 5%OFF STORE CREDIT CARD PURCHASES WITHOUT ASKING FOR IT. YOUR STORE WON'T GIVE IT UNLESS YOU ASK @ THE REGISTER.

This is the only Home Depot in the area I prefer to shop at unless I am in a different part of the city and one is closer.

The staff were always nearby in the ailes and were quickly to offer their assistance.

Since becoming a homeowner 20 years ago, I have always preferred and shopped at Home Depot. Excellent availability of supplies, tools, etc.and more important is the customer service in the way of advice and instruction.

Workers were helpful and on point. Material was easy to find .

I went to this Home Depot with competitor sale pricing on Hardi Board Siding for a home I'm remodeling. Home Depot matched this price, and will be delivering in 1 day (also happens to be a weekend day), so this was a tremendous experience!!!!

This is my favorite and my neighborhood Home Depot. I rarely find myself having to go to a different store due to stock issues and the associates are always available, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only complaint about this location would be true about most locations. There are 10 registers and usually only one person checking people out. Self checkout is cool if I need a box of screws, but as soon as I throw a curveball (military discount, large items, or individual screws and washers) it becomes useless.

Our Home Depot has made a remarkable turn around in the last few years in having the store better organized and clean. The associate have been extremely helpful and friendly and have return to purchasing more items at Home Depot.
