We bought $1200 of DeWalt tools and accessories for the festival of Christmas trees for the Moolah Temple to raise money for Shriners Hospitals. This is the third year we have done a construction tree design. The tree is one of 50 that will be auctioned off. Home Depot had great deals on tools and accessories and many staff members helped us find what we needed. And we were checked out with ease.

This store always has what I need In stock!

I was shopping for the ryobi one+ 18v Hybrid LED Project Light P790. I went to the ryobi tools area and did not find the light. Ended up finding it in another area in the store that had work lights. I'm not sure why all ryobi tools are not located in the same area.

Had to load 30 bags of mulch today myself - neither management nor any of the service people were interested in helping to load even though I went in the day before and ask for the load to be ready by noon today. Load wasn't ready of course. Glad they let people over 60 load their own mulch and couldn't be bothered to assist

I have been in a lot of Home Depot stores and this is by far the cleanest, most user friendly store I have been in. I will definitely make this a store I use more often

Kathleen has worked in the Garden center for several years. She's friendly and knowledgable about pollinators and the flowers that attract them. Home Depot is lucky to have such a valuable team member.

Nicholas has the Customer Service department organized, pleasant, and attentive. The paint department has great associates now and management has been improving any and all departments when needed! Mike in outdoor power equipment really made me feel like my business was wanted and appreciated! Cashier Jack is always very attentive at checkout and makes sure I am taken care of.

I have been to this Home Depot many times and will keep coming back, because they have the friendliest people working in the store. I have gotten above average assistance when searching for items to buy. This makes me want to keep coming back.

Botched 2 orders totaling over 120k and tried to offer 1,000 compensatory. Home Depot is only good for lumber and consumables

The guys at the Pro Desk are the best. It’s as if they are on the job site helping me out.

I spent $80K+ from this Home Depot to renovate my kitchen, and today I had to wait one hour to get $100 refund.

Best Home Depot in the St. Louis County region ... always well-stocked, friendly staff and knowledgeable department personnel.

The first thing I noticed was there are employees throughout the store that are actually looking at you to see if you may need help. The store is VERY well stocked and clean.
