Federico in the appliance department took the time to determine exactly what I needed and then found it on the store computer. He gave me options for price and color. He was very patient and took the time to explain what I needed.

Many visits to Chula Vista. Employees always ready to help, even with loading / unloading.

Open packaging and check EVERYTHING before purchasing. Saves you time from having to return broken items. Bought a cracked toilet, scratched vanity for one bathroom and broken granite top for the other bathroom that was delivered to us. Very inconvenient and disappointing! Ended up having to return 350lbs worth of vanity material to the store and delayed our remodeling 1 week until a new one was delivered. When we went back to return the in stock vanity for the first bathroom, we opened up 3 more boxes till we found one in okay condition. Lesson learned, dont buy anything without checking it out first. Even if the box is in good condition!

Store is not busy, so you can comfortably shop

Taylor in Windows and doors was very helpful with my initial order and changes that I made the following day on the order. The manager, or lead person in customer service however, was rude during the refund process. The name listed on my receipt is "Marivic".

This store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I have purchase from this store. They are a great store to shop at. Very clean neat and tidy and everyone was great and friendly too

I ordered product online and picked up in store Both times cashiers failed to offer me to take survey . There are signs throughout the store that you get a free drink if they failed to offer you to take survey . When I asked for my soda cashier looked at me like I was crazy and said “ there is nowhere in the receipt for me to offer you to take survey “ and walked away. The second time i didn’t bother asking for my free drink. I guess Home Depot doesn’t care what you think when you buy online and pick up in store.

I found the product I want. The associatess are very helpfull. I was able to get the assistance I needed, the associates are friendly

This store is friendlier and has more associates that are able to help the customers. Associates know were the products are without thinking twice about it.
