The sales staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

The staff at this site are both knowledgeable and friendly. If you need assistance they sometimes have an answer before you ask a question. The facility is neat and orderly and this site has almost whatever you need to complete a project.

Very clean store and very friendly people there to assist you with merchandise. Help you with loading your vehicle.

This may be a smaller store with less inventory than the Eastlake store but the customer service especially Kassandra at the customer service desk is by far and away top notch at her job that’s a rare find these days to have friendly professional and knowledgeable people who care about customer service so I think she should move up the ladder because any job is lucky to have a person like that

Home Depot : I hope you give the workers their right . Spend some money on repairing and cleaning the bathroom. Guards at the entrances and exits of the shop. Repair The ATM From (1-2-7-8 and self checkout).

Every visit to this particular homedepot is great! Employees customer service is always professional fast and polite.

Great service

I would urge anyone thinking of visiting this store to go to a different location or a different company. They are very nice and friendly when offering the products and getting you to buy, but not for post sale customer service or solving issues with their personnel.

Wow! We always have an amazing experience at this Home Depot! Not only do they have a multitude of a variety of high quality products, but their customer service is exceptional. For instance, one of their customer service reps drives around the store, asking customers if they need help. If they say yes, then he escorts them to the area that will address their needs and gets their questions answered. Also, we checked out, Ibrahim noted that we had garden items in our basket. He asked if we would like to have a piece of brown paper to cover the carpet in the back of our vehicle. We never even knew that service was available. It's probably new and what a thoughtful service to provide to customers to keep their vehicles clean. Ibrahim then cut off a 10' long sheet for us to place in our vehicle. A huge THANK YOU to Ibrahim, the gentleman riding the cart, and to the others who make shopping a quick and worthwhile experience.

Mitchell from the paint department is INCREDIBLE!!! As a former Home Depot employee, I know and understand what it takes day in and day out to work there. From the moment I approached the paint counter Mitchell had a smile on his face and genuinely wanted to help me out. I had a good idea of the color I wanted, but still needed some assistance on everything I needed to purchase to complete my project. As I explained to him the type of paint project I was wanting to do in no shape or form did I feel rushed to explain myself, he was a great listener and was able to provide me the BEST customer service. He offered recommendations for my project that I would need. When asked what the top selling Bear grey colors are, he didn’t hesitate and knew his business and was able to list the top selling colors. He offered to walk me to where the primer was located to help me select the perfect one. He took the time to explain the differences between the primers and gave me his recommendation based on his personal experience with the products. When he finished mixing my paint he gave me some more tips to help make my project easier like having a reach extension pole as it would be easier on our backs and to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated in the heat. He made my shopping experience so fantastic, he was so nice and genuine. All employees can learn from Mitchell’s fantastic customer service. I look forward to bringing in some before and after photos to show him and just thank him again in person for all of his help and making my experience at Home Depot a great one!

I found most of the products I was looking for, the only product that was not in stock was sheathing tape. However a wonderful employee told me how to order this item on the website and have it shipped to the store to avoid shipping charges. She was very attentive to help and extremely helpful and friendly. I also spoke with a customer service associate who was quite rude. I was inquiring about a job at the store and she was not very friendly. She only looked at me for a second and then went back to her computer, typing as she said "everything is online so that's how you apply". She acted like I was wasting her time and she had better things to do. As a former Marine I found her attitude as an employee unacceptable. I did not apply because I do not want to work with someone who treats customers the way that this employee did.

Extremely happy with this specific store and their staff. Im way closer to other stores but bur i rather drive longer just for the great service.

Everyone I dealt with on this visit were more than helpful including the two cashiers Kassandra and Tera.

Once again Home Depot has provided top notch customer service! Thank you for always being there for me when I have questions.

I recommend this store for For all my friends and family but there is only 3 1- the AC does not work when is hot . 2- The bathroom need more cleaning . 3- when the people need help in Garden take time . (Only from Garden)

Sergio was very helpful answering questions and finding products that we needed for our home improvement. Store was clean and well organized. Zeenath the cashier was very patient and helpful with our items and assisting with getting our credit approved and the best deals with the credit card process. Love this store. Everyone we encountered was Very friendly and helpful.

Store is clean and organized. Employees are friendly and ready to render assistance to customers like me. Also, being a military veteran, I am afforded a 10% discount on merchandise I buy.

I was able to get the assistance I needed to make keys and Josh, employee showed me where keys were located and assisted me with my task in a very friendly manner.

Nice store good location I just wish there was one closer to my residence (its 20+ miles away). This one is convenience when I go to the area for other errands.
