Staff helped find what we needed and gave advice for gardening choices. So helpful and even loaded the car!

the customer service was excellent. i had to return an ego 56 volt blower as the battery displayed as faulty when i placed it on the charger. when i returned the blower i was very pleased with the service and immediate replacement of the blower. less than 15 minutes spent in the store.

The staff is easily accessible. Love the suggestions that they provide.

Everytime I shop at this store, employees inquire as to whether I need assistance. All employees are very knowledgeable and always available to help me find items and answer questions.

On each visit to the Home Depot in Clayton Georgia I have been greeted courteously and helped beyond belief. The employees and staff are awesome. It was an incredible shopping experience.

The garden department looks fantastic! This visit was for herbs, it's garden season. The display of plants and colors are just gorgeous! Fred was a big help!

I usually always find what I need. There is always someone readily available to help when you can't find what you need. We were shopping for flowers for our garden. What we were looking to buy was not in yet, but we found more that we had not thought would be there yet. It was a very successful trip. Our yard is looking beautiful and much of it is due to Home Depot. Thank you.

There has not been a time when I've shopped here, that the associates were very friendly and always there to offer help, if needed.

I had a little difficulty finding a store associate to help me find what I was looking for. Once I did find someone, they were very nice and helpful.

We are in this store alot and have found all the store associates to be not only friendly, but will stop whatever they are doing to help. If you ask a question or seem to be looking for something, an associate will ask if they can help and then not only tell you which asile, but will walk to you to the item. They are patient when you ask questions, will demonstrate how to install, use or attach the item. Occasionally we have to go to North Carolina to Lowes and have found their inventory to be lacking and there seems to be a lack of customer service.

The team in this store is consistently friendly and helpful. They greet you upon entering, offer you carts, help and flyers. When you leave they do their best to make your last impression one that you will remember.

We are in the Clayton, GA store alot and always find what we are looking for and then we will see something we were thinking about right there on the shelf. There have been a couple of times we didn't think they would have an item and an associate would walk up, ask us what we were looking for and take us to the item. That is the difference between this Home Depot and others we have been in, the associates at this store actually seem to want to help.

Home Deppot garden center is my favorite place to shop. I hope my new yard will somehow reflect this.

We are DIYers and are in the Clayton, GA Home Depot several times a week. We definitely don't have all the answers when we start a project, sometimes what we think will work doesn't or we simply don't what the next step should be. We have had Johnny in plumbing, and if a customer looks puzzled, he is walking you to another department. We thought we had to buy several pieces to fix a sink, he advised us to bring in a particular piece and showed us how to fix it correctly. All the associates are ready to help and don't just tell you what you should do, but walk you to the correct aisle, let you hold item, explain how they are used, ask questions about a project we are doing and make sure you have what you need. Thank you for putting such emphasis on customer service.

The third time I went into Home Depot to fix my chicken feeder started off the same--no one was interested in helping me with this admittedly small problem/issue. Then I was handed off to Pete who thought outside the box and creatively solved my problem. His attitude was friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks Pete!
