i ALWAYS ENJOY SHOPPING AT THE CLAYTON HOME DEPOT. THE STORE IS NEAT AND CLEAN AND THEY STOCK SEEMINGLY EVERYTHING. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

We purchased some outdoor concrete blocks for landscaping and when we checked out the cashier showed us some blocks that were discounted that we could have. Very friendly and helpful!!! Thanks Paula

This Home Depot is near my vacation home so I’m not there often but EVERY time the associates go above and beyond the call of duty.

Ethan was immature and disrespectful to me as a customer. It was if I was dealing with a 2-year-old asking "WHY" every time I answered his question. As I walked away, I looked back and he threw his hands up in the air. He should not be in customer service if he is going to act like this.

This Home Depot is like other home improvement stores in general. What sets this store apart is the employees. Mrs Wanda at the self checkout, Sue that works the aisles and there’s another sweet man that works in plumbing and electrical that is the sweetest most helpful gentleman. These employees is what makes it a pleasant shopping experience!

This used to be a good store but after 4 pm you can forget finding anyone to help load.

On several occasions I needed detailed, professional, and experienced instruction. Each time I received exactly what I needed. I rely on this.

It's a box store. But the people make it feel like a small town hardware store.

My wife loved the living room rug as soon as she saw it. Ebeth, who was running department was Outstanding and so Knowledgeable in helping us with selection and purchase. Great experience today in Clayton. The rug was more than I wanted to pay but you get what you pay for.

I am halfway through a renovation on a fixer-upper. The store has been absolutely amazing the whole way, friendly people great stock and convenient. I can’t say enough about the staff at the store, they are absolutely exceptional.

We have had such a wonderful experience with the Clayton Home Depot store. Everytime we go to this store we walk out feeling that our needs were met and that everyone was extremely helpful. We have been in numerous times and the employees go way out of their way to accomodate and help us with our questions. We dealt with Norma in the kitchen design area and she was top notch. So helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend her.

We had interior cottage shutters installed in Highlands a few years ago; we saved the estimator's name and contact info. We are currently building again in WNC and she was thrilled that we remembered her! Leslie is a gem! The Clayton HD and surrounding areas are lucky to have such a competent worker! Tell everyone to ask for Leslie!

Had to return a refrigerator and the service was great. No hassle at all!!!!!

I needed several items and asked staff to help, not only did they tell me where to look they helped me find what I was looking for. Helped me make the right decision for what I was going to do.

I have been wanting my porch pressure washed and painted for several years and never have been able to get it done.But this year we are accomplishing this goal and the home depot team has been great in helping us choose the right paint and the right color and the right amount we needed. My porch looks beautiful!!!

The Best store that we have dealt with. We have visited many Homedepots on the east and west coast and this is by far the best!

This home depot is the best one I have been in by far! The employees are so helpful and will go through great length to give the customers the best shopping experience. The training at this store seems to be great because the employees are very knowledgeable about the store requirements and products. The management is very professional and always put the customers first. I absolutely love my Clayton home Depot.

Waited over 15 mins for assistance...couldn't find anyone until Dean came by. The cashier was catching up on her gossip I guess and she would continue to turn away when I would come close to her to ask for assistance. There was a group of employees having a 'meeting', I interrupted them for assistance then was ask what I wanted. I had the item in which I needed in my hand so to get the right thing and was asked 'what' that'?!!! Well I don't know but I need 2 of them!! I think it's on aisle 14, he said...I'll call for assistance. No one showed like I said until Dean came by me with a handful of returns and he sat all that down to assist me. Not only did he show me where to get my item but also walked me to get my 2 item so I wouldn't have trouble getting assistance again.

Having just recently moved to Clayton and having shopped several Home Depot stores in the past, these folks have repeatedly exceeded my expectations in every way. Take a bow guys, you're the best!

The employees always seem friendly and interested in my needs and they know where the stuff is located.

The employees are the greatest. Very helpful and friendly. In particular I often need help reading a label because I do not always bring my glasses.
