Purchased an item online for store pick up. The employees at the service desk directed me to the contractor pick area because it would be more convenient for the employee to load my item. Unfortunately that employee could not load the item alone because it weighed 310 pounds. Why are you constantly inconveniencing customers. Where are the fork lifts?

I HAVE FOUND TOO MANY THINGS LOCKED UP! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LARGE STORAGE BUILDING AND I HAVE FOUND PICTURES BUT WHEN I TRY TO GET INFORMATION AT THE STORE, NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING.

Rarely is there a lumber cart to be found inside. Grab one on your way in.

I am a contractor and I go into this Home Depot very frequently actually have been since 2012 I've never had any issues employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help always a great experience

On my last two visits, I was assisted by Hank. He was helping in a department that was not his assigned area, but was helping customers because there was no one in that department. The time before last Hank helped me find what I needed, then called for assistance from the signed associate to ensure the item I wanted was available. Last time I asked another associate for an item. She was unsure if the item was available, so she called Hank! He came to the area and answered my questions and found the item I needed. Overall the service has been great. Thank you to all the associates in your store.

I would like to compliment the man that checked me out at the cash register - EDUARDO.  Eduardo was vert courteous during check out. Very knowledgeable of how to treat a Home Depot customer. Eduardo should be commended by his management and possibly, maybe some sort of reward for being exactly how a Home Depot employee should be!  Maybe a gift card, bonus, reward, Employee of the Quarter or some other reward type. The gentleman that sold me the washer/dryer set was very nice & knowledgeable. The guys who delivered the washer & dryer were great and left everything nice & clean. Great experience.

I needed some hay ring replacement bolts washers and nuts. The gentlemen that helped us was very kind and helped us get exactly what we needed.

Staff is very courteous, helpful & friendly.

Messy/mixed inventory; Low inventory / poorly re-stcoked stocked. Staff usually gets a "deer-in-the-headlights" look when asked about a product. This is nothing new for this location - been coming here for yrs, it's always been a mess; with poorly trained staff - but in the past yr, it's become much worse. Manager needs to step-up.

Home Depot overcharged me in a on line order by substituting my purchase will a lower cost product. When I reported it customer service they refused to listen to me. Corporation threaten to sue me when I complained. The Cleburne manager listen and took care of my immediate problem. I wish we had honest corporations in America again. Home Depot is not one of them.

I like the fact that employees are right there after you first enter the store. You can ask them where a particular item is located. Someone will tell you which aisle it is on.

Nicole at this location is a cashier who is always so friendly and always willing to help me find something if I don’t know where it is!

I go to this, and have been to many more, and this is by far my favorite store. All employees I do and have dealt with are extremely friendly and helpful. I always go to the pro desk end, and John, Amanda and May are great, but Isamar is the best!!!!!

Location of store is very convenient. Close to home. Friendly employees. Products are easy to locate and very well stocked. Self checkout is the absolute best. Quick and easy.

I’ve had the same issue 3 times at this store. I say it’s tax exempt. They acknowledge. I check the receipt. Surprise it’s taxed. My employer will not accept tax. So I have to waste more time at the service desk.

The employees at this store are some of the most knowledgeable people I have met at any home improvement store, including some of the other Home Depot stores that I've been to. I have had more people offer to help and be able to give thorough information on the products and services that they have available than anywhere else I've been. I really do appreciate their kindness and service!
