Dealing with the appliance specialist Fraysa Pérez was easy and helpful with all my questions. It was a refrigerator purchase and the prices was good time for delivery was acceptable.

The crew at the Clermont is always so helpful. Anytime one of them walks by they always check to see if you need help. Melvin especially is very helpful and friendly

Employees in the paint department were very helpful with our project. They suggested items we hadn’t thought of and we definitely needed!

Sara at customer service is a rock star, so much knowledge and patience with us; I was ordering from a FaceTime because I was out of state and my sister helping me to get exactly what I needed; 5 Stars to Sara!!

I bought 3500 in tools not a lot of money but I was looked at like I was stealing and took me 5 hours to get everything I needed most due to everything being locked up and the employees did not want to help kept saying it was not there job not there area to help

I Placed an order with customer service, that part went very smooth. The transaction was paid for and I just needed to pick it up in two hours at Will call. Upon my arrival, the order had not been pulled and everyone I dealt with wanted nothing to do with me or getting my order ready. I went back to customer service they were informed and a worker was called up who prepared my order, palletized it and placed it in the back of my truck. My order was placed earlier in the day at 12 noon when I arrived at 3 PM I went through this debacle finally by 4:30 PM. I have received my materials and was able to begin my project.

I came in to buy one item and ended up with about 10, I have a home depot card but did not carry it with me. the associate was very helpful with being able to pullup my account so to complete the purchase.

I am so unhappy with my recent purchase. I simply bought a faucet for my home. The very next day I get a call from a water softening company trying to sell me things based on my purchase. They had my name, my address, my phone number and my purchase history, and were acting like they were Home Depot. Furious! I did not give my permission for my information to be sold, and I can’t believe making a simple purchase has put me on a list that I have tried so carefully to avoid.

I purchased some hardware to secure a mirror to the wall. The Clermont location had everything in stock and now I’m ready to get started. The associate that helped me was kind and courteous. I’ll continue shopping here for my repair needs.

It’s always neat and clean and their employees always ask if they can help you find something without being solicited first.

I went in to get a couple of storage boxes, dado stack, as expected found the storage boxes in front by the clearance Christmas decorations. Only had one dado stack to choose from, its not a bad one. Looked for a band saw blade and again only had one to choose from and it was a standard 60 inch with three blades. not bad. However the band saw I have is actually a 59.5 inch saw blade and yes that does make a difference.

I went in for a plant, and left with a tree of knowledge. Thank you for hiring professional horticulturist. She is a delight to learn from, so helpful and pleasant.

Been shopping here off abd on over 20 years. Always find what I need for my home. But I like people better than machines!

José at the Clermont store was extremely helpful when I went looking for irrigation parts that I needed. Great experiences thst this keeps me wanting to return.

I go with a list and usually at least 1 item is not in stock.; eg. backboxes, receptacles but no cover plates, pipe connectors. Wood boards, 1x's and 2x's are mostly warped from being left in a pile, not stacked; useless wood . Plumbing and electrical fittings all mixed together. 12ga wire locked up, no one has lock key or combination.

I bought something. I forget what it was. I told cash register lady I needed some help loading this into my truck. She said she would send a loader out to help me I waited 2030 minutes nobody came. I went back in and requested a loader. She said it be right there. I’ll wait again for about 20 minutes. Nobody showed up. I got my wife to help me load. What about I went back and spoke to a female manager that was on duty and told her what had happened and she acted like it didn’t matter, even though I’m a disabled veteran

Went to get 10 bags of mulch. The young man was very help and even loaded my car.

The employee that helped me was filling in @ the flooring department, but was very helpful and dedicated. He even loaded 23 boxes of ceramic tiles for me!! I really appreciate his help!!

I enjoy going to this Home Depot store. I am satisfied with all the services I get from them whether it’s just picking up a purchase in the locker or going into the store and speaking with a sales associate they are always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and get the job done for me so I can Get on with my life

This is my go-to Home Depot, even though it is the 4th closest to my house. The people are ALWAYS the best! I was there yesterday. The guy in lumber who was decked out in his Miami gear (go Fins!!!) helped me get a criminally expensive nailer to hang siding on a concrete block building. He was funny and helpful and since we cheer for the same team, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the guy. I then headed over to millwork where I’ve spent more money this year than we brought home in a year not too long ago. I was buying tongue and groove for my ceiling and the guy who was helping me has helped me before. (I am embarrassed to say that I am AWFUL with names.) He helped me place my order and we had great conversation. I asked for Tim, who has also helped me in the past, but he wasn’t available. This guy was so nice and helpful and put up with me trying to figure out exactly how much I needed and I was really incredibly thankful! The only person I had a problem with was the woman at the front of the store who was wearing all of her Buffalo Bills gear. My issue with her is that we play tonight and they are likely going to beat the Dolphins. Other than that, she was great! We talked recipes and how she became a Bills fan. I left feeling like I’d found a new friend, despite her terrible taste in football teams. All of this said, this is exactly the type of experience that you’d expect at a Home Depot store if you go by the commercials. Everyone was friendly and helpful and smiling. Everyone stopped what they were doing to help me figure out what I needed and I left in a better mood than when I got there, despite spending over $4000. A+ experience! Thank you, Home Depot in Clermont, Florida! You are the gold standard!

I purchased a Halloween animatronic yesterday and noticed it had already been opened and just restocked. IG course when I got home and opened the parts were miss labeled, no instructions etc so now I am returning. They should NOT be allowed to restock returned items if there are papers missing etc. not a good business practice whatsoever!!!

Home Depot sold us a lemon of a GE Refrigerator. Home Depot customer service is awful!!!! No one at HD cares.

Cisco was super friendly and professional in responses. I highly recommend you finding him if you need help at this store!
