I’m at lost for words with the service that was provided. Everything went smoothly prior to the purchase of the shed. Workers were tentatively responsive to questions, but once the transaction went through, they were hesitant to respond. I had a horrible experience with the installation of my shed.

A Home Depot associate met me in the parking lot as I was coming in and I need 22 bags of garden bark and he got me a cart. He loaded it and he pulled another associate Alexander and they loaded it into my car… These two were my angels…. sure beats delivery fee, and waiting for it

I would not have been able to purchase my chair/settee if it wasn't for Tam! It was not on the floor. However, her superb customer service did not give up and found it for me buried and receiving. Okay I'll add a photow

I am a Criminal Defense and Forensic Expert, specializing in Homicides.. I am always needing supplies to help my in my case investigations. I used to purchase much of my supplies through various Forensic companies. I while shopping a Home Depot one day, I saw a forensic tool that I previously purchased through one of my usual forensic companies. Afternoon further “browsing”, I found quite a few if the items at Home Depot that I was buying from the other companies, and at much higher cost. That was in 1998. Ever since then my agency, “Stebens Criminal and Forensic Investigations”, has been buying at least 75% of its need from Home Depot. I also hire and train other investigators and I give them a tour of my local Home Depot to show them that they don’t need use the high priced companies when Home Depot has the exact same item, the same brand name, and for much less. As one professional to another m,Thank you Home Depot.

The homedepo employees were promptly and fast. I had to get a couple of items and fast. This wasn't like when I went to the grocery store 10 minutes in line.

All the staff that you run into are going to ask if you need help and how your day is it’s like they got in trouble and now they’re forced to say it. So most of the hellos and need help are not genuine and they’re not in a good mood when they ask, but the store itself is good.

I have bought special-ordered windows at this store. All my previous interactions with staff at this store have been nothing but excellent. From the helpers in the warehouse, the equipment rental staff, and the checkout clerks, great attitude until this last visit. I was looking for good window sill lumber to finish my window install. A gentleman helped me make the best choice out of the usually many choices that are out there. I was quickly in and out of the aisles, heading to the checkout. I didn't want to self-checkout due to the need to measure the length of the boards. There was only one checkout clerk, and she didn't look happy. She scanned the barcode on one and said to me, "Just so you know, each board is $41", to which I replied, "ok." then she repeated herself with much emphasis on the amount. I looked her in the eye and "okay!" with some slight vocal inflection of irritation. As she measured the boards, I asked her repeatedly why the length she got was not consistent with the physical length of the boards. She didn't like the questioning and got pretty aggressive and antagonistic. Once I had paid, I asked her if she was that aggressive with all Home Depot customers, and she sneered back, "Are you this aggressive with all Home Depot employees?". I left feeling disgusted by the lack of basic customer care and respect.

Have been going to this particular Home Depot for over a decade. The return lines are pretty quick to get a refund. The customer service desk was useful, but no longer exist. Let's hope I get good assistance with my security door purchases. Overall employee satisfaction.

We had top notch customer service during our visit on 01/19/25. Mike (Customer Experience Manager) was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He helped my mom decide on the items that worked best for her home project, assisted me in the purchase, delivery, and installation for my appliances, and even walked my moms items to the front to help her complete her purchase. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This store is awesome it's been a long time since I got wonderful customer service, thank you again to the young lady who got my lawnmower for me and the young man who loaded it to my car, raises manager to your wonderful employees

The store still had FRESH Christmas trees that no one else had in Hanford nor Visalia.The staff was pleasant and helpful! AND, Christmas items were on sale. Once again, more than a WOW experience at this Home Depot. Many Thanks.

I need to repair I bath faucet & ended up buting a new one

Really appreciate how their employees go a little bit more than their title says to help Every time I go there whether it be for work or just for myself.

Two employees actually asked if I needed help. And they did. Nice change!

Employees were not helpful. Running around for no reason at checkout.

I received the package with missing accessories. I received 10 out of 35 accessories stated on specifications.

Asked a cashier to call someone to help me get a tool that was locked up. After waiting for about 10 mins I gave up and placed and order online; went to online pick up and my item was pulled right away. Service was not there when I needed help.

I have just purchased a water heater from this Clovis Home Depot and I am extremely happy with the installation services provided by Home Depot's contractors. It was an awesome job that have ever done on my home.

My home is over 2500 sq feet. It was 110 degrees yesterday . I did not want to always keep my central air on when most of my time was spent in two rooms. The Toshiba 6k portable a/c was perfect. We kept the central air at the temperature of the house and we kept cool. Our Tru-up bill was not too high with a previous similar system.

I brought a retractable shade pergola from online. They sent the a cheaper version(not the retractable one) you don't even have this one on your site. If it was not for Robin calling your .com people and let me make it VERY CLEAR IT WAS ROBIN who made sure we were taken care of. That person on the phone would have given us the honor to pack it up and some how get it back to the store or a whole $50.00 back. On the wrong pergola that did not have the feature I wanted and definitely cheaper model. Thanks again to Robin.

I bought a product that was not on shelf but in stock, so employee got a pallet driver to get some off the top shelves to stock the bottom shelf and get us the product we wanted.

New homeowner and exploring landscaping my garden. Glad to have been assisted by staff that explained things well and were patient with all my questions. Only unfortunate thing about my visit was that the coupon I got from the mail wasn't working on my specific purchase.

I came in to look for bulbs had a few questions they did help me with my bulbs I looked for.

This Clovis, CA location needs to set up a bulk loading area for customers on the side. This place is a JOKE!!

Only had self checkout. Resulting in long line.
