Cashiers were slow and could not count when given cash and acted like they didn't know what they were doing.

went to get a fuse,was asked if i needed help just as I spotted the fuse, very fast! ave me lots of time to "window shop" for christmas!

Please work on your customer service . Seems like associates see , they go in the opposite direction.

Customer service here was awful. Staff please train your cashiers correctly .

The associate was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the doors. She couldn't get anyone from flooring to assist me, so she personally walked back with me to help me find my item:)

I have to start by saying I worked in retail as a manager for 20 years. Combine that with it being Black Friday, I must admit my customer service expectations were low. I am happy to say my expectations were blown away. I could have purchased a tool chest at any number of your competitors but the decision was made easy by your sales associates and the quality of your tool chest. Darla went above and beyond to make sure I selected the right chest for me. She was so helpful and friendly on a day that is so hectic for retailers, she was amazing. If I had still been working in retail I would have tried to recruit her. I would have loved a whole team of Darla's working for me. Thank you for the great experience .

the store was clean and products were easy to find. i was very happy with the help i recieved at the customer service desk picking up my online order

Associates in the specialty departments need to know where the other store items are located. The person I asked in the flooring dept. about the location of a floor cleaning product directed me to an asile that was 5 aisles from where the product I needed was located.

I have been visiting this Home Depot for several years now and each visit is consistently very positive from the perspective of knowledgeable and friendly employees, and quality and availability of products. My last purchase was an online purchase for a same day, in store pick up order. This was truly an over the top performance throughout the entire process as compared to similar orders placed with the major competitor that were disasters. I will go out of my way to frequent this store in particular....my experience suggests it should be a model for other Home Depot's throughout the country.

Why yes they do! That is if you are being waited on by one of the Associates by the name of XXXX. I guess I'm not supposed to mention his name but he was very helpful and so nice. I truly felt I had my own personal.

I visited the store to grab a few items and was near the service desk. The two ladies at the service desk were quick to greet me and asked if I needed any assistance in which I did. They directed me to where the items I needed and ensured I was able to find my items. They were very professional and friendly. Best customer service I have received in a long time!!

We ordered a shed online then went to pick it up later in the week. It was available in the store from the beginning. The associates were helpful in getting the shed loaded on a cart and making the proper transaction with the cashier. As we were ready to leave, an associate brought us our cart and asked if we would like some help. I thought to myself, we could handle this but to be safe sure, it would be helpful just in case and conveyed that to the associate. She said, "Just a minute" and headed back to where 2 other associates were standing. We stood near the door and kept looking back but no one was coming or even acknowledging our presence. After another minute we just left and loaded the shed ourselves without much issue. All this time no associate every came out or approached us.

Sales Associate stayed into his dinner hour to finish with my selection and answers to my questions.

I have been going to this store since it first opened. I was very surprised on how much different it was when I first walked into the store. the Greeter was my first contact as I walked in, he asked what I was looking for. I told him bug spray he pointed me to 3 different places that they were. Also as I was looking at the choices I had another clerk asked if they could help me. I told them no, but thank you. Prior to this visit I would always have to go looking for a clerk for help, this made a big difference to me.

Home Depot is my go-to place for everything I need. for my home and garden. The store is well organized, the asociates are friendly and knowledgeable, and I leave the store with the assurance that I have a reputable product at a good price.

We were looking for a small indoor plant and we found a perfect one. It was easy to find. The associate helped us with how to take care of it.
