I bought my fencing for 150 feet along with all the parts. I had a wonderful experience and received everything I needed to get the job done.

Everyone has been wonderful.

As a lifelong builder I have shopped HomeDepot stores from the Midwest to the west coast. The College Place store is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to shop at.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help and answer all our questions! Home Depot is lucky to have him!

The cashiers were beyond rude. I don't know if I'll return to this store again or not. I wrote a letter to the CEO Mr. Ted Decker because of the rude staff.

We live 50 miles away from this store. We are always building or fixing something so this is a must go to store for us. Everyone is always helpful here, and if they can’t help us they find some one who can. We always bring our wolfdog with us and every one loves on her and they give her treats. It’s her favorite store for sure.

Last year this store has gone down hill. They aren't helpful, asking for where items are they told me I'm not sure, multiple employees on personal telephones

I have bought many things there. I have an older home, so it is an ongoing project to keep it in shape.

Store is close proximity to my location. There's another Store located across the stateline border. With high taxes, my state has no taxes

The employees are very of great help getting me the supplies that solve my maintenance problems - I have several apartments to maintain

I like to go to the smaller local stores too but sometimes Home Depot is the only store that has what I need. It’s nice to have options in a relatively small town.

KIRSTY at checkout was a tremendous help. She made me feel like a wanted and desired customer. KUDO”s to her for going above and beyond to help me check out.

When looking for products it is very helpful to have an employee who has the expertise in the various rates. They give me ideas and can quickly locate the products I need or use. Many thanks!

We truly enjoy all the staff at the College Place location. We are not meant to fix anything and yet they always find what we need and easily in most cases.

I drive miles to go here & I could have stayed home. Not a thing was accomplished. My credit card was charged for someone to come and measure when I already had the measurements. BS and big waste of a few hours.

Big shout out to Brian, Kat, and Lance. I truly appreciate the time you took to resolve the issues I was having with my online credit card account and your patience in helping me put together a large remodel order.

Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Several weeks ago I rented a trencher for 1.5 days. It cost me $369. I wanted to use my Proextra credits to pay for the rental. This particular Proextra credit is worth $360 in rentals or $70 in purchases. The attendant charged my card on accident rather than using the Proextra rental credit. No one in the store could help. I checked back once a week for 3 and a half week and they finally said they couldn’t help me. It just s end the management there had no real interest in solving problems. Lots of “I’m sorries” and very little action.

If you need any paint, ask for Lauren. She was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions.

Bought a Ryobi cultivator only to find the charger and battery missing when I got home. Now another 40 mile trip to return it.

Bought three identical toilets just because Kevin said so. But when the staff member your talking to is a retired master plumber and theres a line of customers just waiting to talk to him in the middle of the irrigation aisle, you know a store has got something truly special.

I ordered a sales item at the College Place, WA store, 4 times the wrong size item was shipped to the store, and the 5th time I had to order a different Item and pay $20.oo more. The store employee and I, were unable to understand warehouse or shipping dept. attendant, or clearly explain to him what the item was that we had ordered. He either didn't speak or understand English or was inebriated.

2 EMPLOYEES THAT WERE ASSISTING ME WERE VERY HELPFUL
