Please make sure the products has all the parts , contractors labor is expensive.

The people at the customer service area were great during my morning trip!

The store is close to my home, plenty of parking and stocked well.

I shop online and at the COLLEGE POINT Store #1277 often. I am always finding something I need or can use at Home Depot. I've recently purchased a large garbage can, gardening tools, outside cushions, seeds and flowers to plant for the back yard. I've also recently gutted and re did my home using paints and hundreds of items purchased at Home Depot. I highly recommend COLLEGE POINT Store #1277.

Never had what I m looking for, nobody is refill the items that the site runs out.

Impossible to get the right toilet seat !!!! Most of the toilet seats I visited, not enough info measures to fit , or non at all!! Had to order on line, hoping to get the right one. The first two had to return, wrong size, and wrong distance for the holes installation. The second Two, both broken, but not good anyway, wrong distance from the holes installation

Had a very awful experience at this store by using the electric scooter. That I couldn’t take to my car to get in and made leave at the door. Then I had to use the shopping cart to get to my car which hurt very much to walk

I made an order yesterday and young man doesn’t work at this department but he helps me to make the order so professional and friendly. He should work at the pro desk to help more people.

While the store is woefully understaffed, a criticism of corporate management. The associates are always helpful, when you get the opportunity to track someone down. Make no mistake, the reason it is hard to find someone to help is not because of the unwillingness of the employees, but because of the scarcity of them. The lines at checkout are a nightmare because they don’t have enough cashiers on shifts. I would give a lower star rating if I felt the blame for the low rating would be placed where it belongs, in those who control how many people are working in the store at a given time.

I went to the College Point store to order a stove and refrigerator, I received great customer service from Gil, he took his time with me and made sure the order was correct. He was very nice and friendly. Thanks Gil.

I wish there were more staff to help find items

Checkout was chaos. They were apparently trying to form a single line feeding multiple cashiers but there were no signs, ropes or anyone assisting in the new process. It was a mess and took way too long to check out.

Kimberly needs to be paid more for the outstanding performance she displayed while helping me today.

I don't buy at this store really for some of the workers there are not friendly and the store there is very dirty and a lot of the isles are really tight to walk through because they are used to display the merchandise and the employees that stock the merchandise don't respect the buyers and throw you out of the way when they pass with their motorised forklifts...I feel that the buyers should have the right of way 100 percent of the time and not the other way around they behave very rude and careless around us the buyers...that is why I don't buy there unless II have to...thank you p.s. Also there is never or most of the time they don't have anyone to help you ! of course is not all of the employees

Cashier Sade was very rude and disrespectful, most of the employees seems to be unhappy working there, spoke to manager about the cashier attitude and her face was like she’s not having a good day. Will try not to ho back

I dread having to go to this home depot. I always find myself trying to get someone to help with locating items, etc. When you do find someone, they are some of the rudest staff I ever have to deal with. It's like you're bothering them. Hate going here, but I go here because it's the closest to my house. On a recent visit, the cashier at the pick up point when you order items on-line greeted me with: "what do you need?". Extremely unprofessional and rude staff

Store associate working in the tool department are rude and have an attitude when someone asks for help.
