THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. MIKE THAT ASSIST ME WAS VERY HELPFULL AND KIND.

Some products were being open and the package are broken. Some parts are missing in the package may be due to product being returned.

I had a few things to buy and the associates there made it very easy for me and the store had everything I needed. It is worth a visit!

The associates are rude and so are the managers(Carmela) at the college point location.

My favorite part of the shopping experience is always the interaction with the sales staff .. ''EVERYONE'' in the store is always very friendly nad helpful.

Its a good store to purchase most of the house hold items. It has a good services and all the items in one roof.

Professional customer service desk is so great. They are very kind and helped me to save by introducing special promotion. I saved about $700 with 20% discount for paint.

Eddison was very helpful, he helped me build a structure to display rugs on, couldn't have done it without his help and jullisa was very helpful at check out. Great customer service.

The nicest HomeDepot in Queens. Very clean and organized. I especially like the tool area where you can try the impact drivers.

My initial thoughts upon entering the store were "It'll probably take me forever to get someone to help me". I couldnt have been more wrong. Walking to the back of the store I ran into Darrell from Receiving, who was busy doing really heaving lifting of many boxes. He did not hesitate to help me when I asked. As a matter of fact he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Darrell was helpful, patient, kind and just overall a really nice person. Im writing this review because Darrell should be acknowledged for his hard work and dedication to his job. Home Depot, Darrell is one of your most valuable assests!

I needed help in finding a long list of tools and the associate by the name of Neville Johnson from the tools department was super efficient, was very patient and knowledgeable associate .. Made my experience at home depot very pleasant

I visited the college point store to purchase moulding. I was not sure of the type to purchase. I was greatly helped by a cashier who rang me up on register 2. I asked another cashier Denise for loading help who quickly came to my aid. Overall making my experience at this store great and easy.

This store shouldn't open until it can open more than 2 self checkout registers. If that were all you were going to open than an associate should be present. You also shouldnt have your huddle talk in view of customers when they cant checkout.

We walked into home depot with the armrest of our sofa. A piece of wood needed to be fixed and we're so lucky to get help from Mike because we didn't know what needed to be done to fix it. Mike explained the alternative solution to our problem. He went and got the parts that we needed to fix the armrest and got an associate from the lumber department to cut a piece of wood to the exact measurement we needed. He then came back to make sure everything was ok and assisted us even further by drilling wholes into the wood for us. This seems easy to people who are handy but is something very difficult for us. Mike explained again what we needed to do exactly after we come home. Mike really saved our day and we really appreciate his help. Thank you!!!

It took me a half hour to find out that they didn't cut Pressure treated Plywood, another half hour wait for an associate to help load a full sheet and finally a customer helped me. no one to help lift it on to my station wagon.

My father had a question about a light switch. Both my father and I looked for an associate and could not find one. I finally tracked down an associate 5 aisles away and showed him to my father. My father asked the associate a question and the associate seemed bored and just stood there looking lost. I ended up finding the product my father was looking for. When my dad went to go thank the associate he was already gone. I spent over an hour in the store with my father and saw only 2 associates, who both seemed very distracted and bored. One of the associates was on his cellphone and ignored another customer asking for help. The store itself was clean, neat, fully stocked, and organized...if only the associates cared more this store would be ideal.
