I needed to get a breaker for an electrical panel but I wasn’t sure what brand/make would work and all I had was a picture to go by. Spoke with an employee that was very knowledgeable and explained what breaker would work and why. Very pleased with the fast and professional customer service.

The automated checkout system was not operating properly. I needed the assistance of a sales clerk to reset the system and restore operation. At no time did the system note its was inoperable. It is my opinion that the system is not ready for prime time. The sales clerk could have preformed this transaction with much better efficacy than this very expensive contraption.

I bought a refrigerator with ice maker to be installed. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Absolutely no issues with the Colonial Heights store or the staff.

This section has gone down in quality, quantity, and availability along with accessibility. I used to shop at this store even though it was out of my way. The reason being is the guy they had down stocking and organizing quit due to management’s inefficiencies. They had good people and let them go because they weren’t good at managing good people.

Went into store for something dlse when I was,distracted by an appliance. A smallish guy with bright green hair asked if I needed help. I responded that I'm not in the market for an appliance and he smiled & said it wasn't his department anyway. He wished me a good day, turned and looked for another customer to greet! I don'tsee that at a lot of stores, so I followed from a distance and watched this guy in a ballcap & shorts helpnan old lady find light switches, direct a guy to ceiling fans, race to flooring to help load boxes onto a cart for a family and help two older looking associates to the correctaisles when they didn't know where to find something. Alister is a heck of a worker. Next time I need,to hire someine I may poach him!

Pro sales is the best of any store I have ever purchased from!!!

Janine snow was very helpful and polite

I bought a Pilates track kit that requires wall mount so I went to Home Depot. I only thought I needed a drill and a wall stud finder. No one was nearby but I saw the QR sign so I said why not give it a try. The feature was neat as it showed where I was and I formed me that an associate was on the way. Ms. Tressa arrived right away and asked ho she could help. I showed her the document on my phone and explained that I needed a drill and a stud finder. We found both and I thanked her for her help. However, before I left, she asked me if I had all the items listed and I said yes, but she pointed out that the items were not included in the kit (I missed that part of the instructions). Ms. Tressa then found the other items I needed. She saved me a return trip! Thank you so much for ensuring I had everything I needed for my project!

Not the best place to by tools anymore, especially when the website says that they do and when you get to the store they have 0 tools that were advertised. New management is needed at this store

Just a quick in and out for extension cords. Employee at the self checkout thanked me.

My husband and I are in our 70’s and it is great that the employees always help us to locate the products we need. Also had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available when you entered the store.

I bough a runner , when I brought it home it was different color , the lamp that there had need to be changed, I should have a discount.

Terrible shopping experience

I had an issue with an online order, and was resolved in store. Keshawn was a superstar in helping me every step of the way to get the issue resolved.

I loved what I bought from your store, what I hadn't needed your company Happily took it back at unused products. What I had needed worked perfectly for my projects.

Clinton was extremely helpful. We needed help finding several items and he took his time to help us. He is the first worker I’ve seen in a while who really enjoys their job here and wants to help. He was friendly, professional and knows his stuff.

Late, slow, nobody wanted to help and all the products I looked for were found in the wrong places. After I get what I ordered online I am never coming back

I really don't have much more to add, but I will say this. I like your store much more than your competitor at the other end of town. I won't mention their name, It would be a very low(e) thing to do. Please give the staff and management at the Colonial Heights, Va a pat on the back. They all do a great job!

Glad there's a self checkout cause your cashiers are useless. Where's MY paycheck since I had to do her job?

I have always had a great shopping experince at this Home Deot. I use a lot of Bottled water and I can always get it here as well as other home repair and other supplies.
