Jalisa was the best cashier i’ve had in a long time!

Staff are all nice and accomodating.

Each time I visit this store I am greeted immediately and when I leave I am thanked for visiting. When making returns, I rarely have to wait and the associates are courteous and helpful.

I needed help buying the right paint and the man in the paint department was able to direct me to the right kind of paint!

He saw my delima for some cabinets and he wasn't in the section and helped me to find what I needed till I was done shopping. Your cashiers India and Christina help and always greet the contractors when we come in.

Let’s be clear…. If I could give this a ZERO… I would! Nate at Customer Service isn’t very good at his job. He needs to work on his integrity as well as people skills. Apparently HD no longer accepts returns without your receipts for store credit. Also, He told me that the items were not in his system and that it’s not their product. I ask if he could check them all and he said they were all the same thing. They were clearly not because they were individually wrapped nuts bolts and washers. I said, “oh ok… thank you so much for the attitude!!” I went and bought what I needed then just the the heck of it I scanned 1 of the nuts from the bag full of nuts and bolts that I could not return. Low and behold Nate was wrong again… I talked to the manager about this and he said unfortunately the policy has changed… however according to the website it has not.

not enough common stock items

Went to appliances to purchase a washer and dryer, thinking it was going to be painful, was I ever wrong. Alvin made it quick and enjoyable. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He will be my go to anytime I have to go to that department.

The customer service at this location is Excellent each time I visit. Keep up the good work!

I bought this product a couple of days ago and was please to always go to the app to find the right location and then walk up to the item and get it. I prefer this store more then other big box stores.

This is one of the best home remodeling stores in my area. Home Depot is fantastic with supplies available and quickly restocked.

I had called to find out how to return the mower weeks ago. The lady told the person on the phone to tell me she would call me back. Unfortunately, that did NOT happen. The mower height adjuster was set on 4 and it dropped down to the ground and cut my yard. I was unable to use.

I bought this few days ago and I received yesterday and waiting for send someone to assembly it

We made a purchase of patio furniture yesterday and had a great experience. We went back today to purchase a generator and they did not have it on stock but Mrs. Alicia Carrolle helped us make the order to ship to store. She also helped us find some items we needed, in store. Great experience and Customer Service!

Alicia at customer service desk in Columbus, GA went above and beyond to help me. She spent over a hour making phone calls and sending emails trying to get me the screws that were missing in my online order. I left with everything i needed to I put my item together. She made my day!

After over 20 years it was time to buy a new washer and dryer. Loren made the whole process simple and easy. The guys that delivered did a great job and was very careful. the new LG's are working great.

It took me one hour and 45 minutes to get one piece of drywall cut in half and it finally had to be done by the assistant manager! The employees in that section are no help at all!

Sale Cashier Alicia is the best. Thank You! Grateful for your assistance registering me as a veteran & registering my nonprofit. I was in town from Atlanta.

The Home Depot is a great place to shop you can find almost everything that you need in the store or you can order it online

Most of the employees see that you need help and go the opposite way! The isles are so crowded. You can’t even get to what you need.

Bad customer service. Workers passing by you and not asking if you need help.

I love shopping here every one is nice and helpful feels like home when I’m here Cashier supervisor Loren was very helpful and nice made shore I was set and that I had everything I needed

This store is the hub. It'd the one and only store that allows you to go and move freely without being pressed by the staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. All items in stick are easily accessible. All salesperson and customer reps take their time to assist with finding the things you need for purchase. A1, top shelf status.

The young lady wearing the hajib who assisted me was unbelievably helpful and had the best attitude I have experienced in a long time. The freezer (GE) I purchased came in and was delivered as promised. I'm very happy with this experience.

We have been looking for this item for months now and finally found exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. The sales associate said he had purchased the very same item and was very satisfied with it.
