Every time I go in the Home Depot of Commerce, GA, I receive excellent service. If the employee I see first can't help me , they immediately get on the radio to get help for me. I enjoy going to this store sometimes just to braze around to see what's new.

Justin and other worker in lumber went above and beyond my expectations on this trip. I’m a single lady trying to save money and do some DIY projects. They helped me get what I needed, cut the boards and offered suggestions on my project. Helped load my car with the lumber. Awesome and pleasant experience!!

Excellent customer service from Robert Woodard, millworker specialist, and Chris Wilson, store mgr. They worked with me over an hour and resolved problems from a website order. Paying attn. to details, diligence, perseverance, tenacity to see through to completion are huge! Increased workforce in the store causes this customer to want to come to this store and buy!

The Commerce store is always neat and the employees are very helpful. It's not one of those stores that you hate to go to.

The Home Depot in Commerce, Georgia is a well organized, clean store with very friendly sales people who look for ways to go above and beyond for the ones who come in and shop. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great place to find any and all of your building/remodeling needs.

Remodeling the kitchen and needed new counter tops. Rachel walk me through the process with ease. She was very knowledgeable and obviously enjoys connecting with people! A great asset to The Home Depot.

We have a great place to shop in "The Home Depot". I like to shop local and ask all my friends and family to also shop local.

This location has knowledgeable and helpful staff. This location keeps a good stock of inventory.

The employees always greet you with smile and ask how you are, always some one to get help and answer my questions, this is from entering the store to the cashier.

I was really put out with the Commerce store in 2019, complained ,told them they had lost over a $500 sale; don't know who said what but a COMPLETE turn-around. Staff is great, helpful, if you can't find the product, someone will walk you to it. Had not shopped in the Commerce store until early Spring 2020, noticed a lot different. Since, I've purchased a washer, range and can't begin to name all the numerous smaller items from there. Staff in all departments have been great.

Had no problem on my visit today employees were on there a game helping me out over all place was really clean all aisle were easy to access have to say it was a fun day doing it the home depot way

Home Depot is awesome I just wish the commerce home Depot would be more cummunity active with coock outs, sales, making commerce beautiful events, and giveaways

Whatever you do, purchase your tile at another store. It took me 2 hours to get the salesperson to write the order correctly. I had all my measurements and the exact tile I wanted. The person in the back wrote it incorrectly. I even went in early so that there would not be a lot of people in the tile area so that I could purchase my tile.

great store, wish there were more seasoned experts that could help with tachnical issues.

Store is clean and well stocked. Always easy to find what I need and also stuff I don't need according to my wife. LOL!! Store employees are friendly and helpful. Checkout is always fast.

We need new floors in our home so if we should win the $5000.00 we would spend it on new flooring. We had a quote of $6300.00 last year but did not have them replaced. This would sure make it happen!! We have no complaints about this store.

I called the store very close to them closing due to new hours and the employee who answered the phone actually went to the aisle and bay to retrieve the item for me and have it waiting at the service desk for me. Highly satisfied.
