Excellent team. I learn so much from them when trying to solve home repair problems. They love what they do, and it shows. I enjoy coming to this store.

I purchased carpet shampoo and rented a carpet cleaning machine from the store. I was so amazed at how great a job the equipment did on my carpeting and the equipment was very easy to use and the store associate explained the equipment in detail to me and showed me its operation very clearly. This was my first real trip to Home Depot and I was very satisfied with how I was treated and how easy it was to get what I needed for my new home.

The staff at this store is friendly. Really enjoy shopping this store.

Home Depot always has more of selection or availability. This time found trim in 12' lengths...the "other" store only had 8'. Thanks HD for realizing 1 size does not fit all.

I will never order blinds from this store again. They did not follow their own promised deadlines whatsoever.

The sales were excellent that are going on. Great selection left. The Associate Emari was extremely helpful and courteous. I would strongly recommend the Commerce Township, MI Home Depot.

I need the items to complete a bathroom. I was able to get in and out of the store with assistance from the associates in a short amount of time.

Great experience friendly staff everything was easy to find

I have been in this store 3 times in the last 2 months. First time I was in I was looking for a particular light bulb. I left store after a half hour standing by the light bulbs and no assistance. Actually 3 team members were walking by talking amongst themselves and not one acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I left with no product. I went back a few days later because this light was needed for my kitchen oven hood. I tried to do the research online and went it the store with the old bulb and again no team member to be around for quite some time. I bought the bulb which again was wrong. I went in again this week to return a product and the customer service team member was extremely unfriendly with no proper greeting or thank you at the end of the transaction. What is up with your store. Lowes is right down the street.

Sales Associate was able to take time to learn what I wanted in a product, made a couple of recommendations and was really helpful and patient as I made the decision. His knowledge of the products was really helpful.

I love shopping at the Home Depot! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly.

Great help on appliances. Associate LISA (Salesperson LAD331)gave DTE and Consumer Energy rebate program details and forms. Made sure the washer and dryer installers put the loading doors in most convenient locations, which I always wanted.

The personal is always friendly and knowledgeable at this store.

I required help a few times through this trip and 1 guy helped, he was a contractor desk guy I found out. But he first helped me in the drill aisle with recommendations then later on I needed a board cut and there he was walking up again to help. I needed a little help putting the wood into my car and he ran on out to do that too. Later I came back and just went straight to him at his contractor desk where he again helped me find a clicker for garage door. He showed me a website to see a video on how to program it and I used my phone, it seemed very easy so I bought it on the spot. I believe his name was Dave he was wearing a pro hat and now I know why! He will be only one I bother whenever I come to this store.

Parking is easy and easily accessible. Store had what I needed located at the entrance as soon as I walked into the store

The store is clean and well lit. All the associates I encountered were very helpful and the check-out person was very personable. Thanks for another great shopping experience.

Associate in the paint department on July 4th helped me in deciding whether to purchase Behr Deck Over or not by her friendly manner and description of her own experience of using the product on her future in-laws deck. Her description and ease in using this product was spot on. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Cashier rang me up wrong, four items showed up $1 above list price, she took $4 off each item rather than $4 off entire order. Told me " you got a great deal from me, keep your mouth shut about it and leave". I would like to pay what I owe rather than being verbally accosted by the cashier. Other associates pointed me to the aisles I needed to be for this visit, but this cashier was extremely rude. It started when I interrupted her from sending a text message. Sorry for bothering you with your personal message while you are working!

I found what I needed with minimal effort and advise received was helpful.

I went to buy a new storm door. The people who helped me were very nice. They worked together as one appeared to be learning how to write up an order and the sale. The process went smoothly, staff were courteous and professional. Overall, it was a very positive experience.joey

I am an east-sider and am rarely on the west side. The Commerce Twp store provided the same great service I get weekly at the Chesterfield store. No slight to you Elvis. (Elvis for Governor!)

There was only one register open in the garden ctr on an early and clear Sunday noon. The line was long and shoppers had multiple items. True, someone was doing a pre-check, however, i instead chose to go to an interior register across the store where there were fewer customers to facilitate ck-out. Also, there was only one entrance open, the one adjacent to the only register, such that, to get to plants outside, i had to keep walking out and taking them to my cart, since i could not get through the line of shoppers to move the cart from the interior to the exterior and could not carry many at a time. i might have purchased more plants had it not been so difficult to maneuver. I wish the selection had been larger, again a deterrent to making additional purchases.

This store is always friendly and helpful. Can always find products we are looking for with good prices.

I had a very bad experience last time I was there. This time (about 3 months later) the experience was 100% better.
