I've found the store personnel and install personnel to be helpful and knowledgeable. I have always been pleased with the products and service that I have received. If I need more details on products however, I try to go at a less busy time of day as they can be very busy around lunch and Saturdays.

This Home Depot has great employees that take the time to ask if you need help. Even if they do not work in that dept. they will go out of their way to find someone that does. I have been in many other competitive home stores and have walked around aimlessly to not find help- which has me walking out the door. I do wish there were more Home Depots in my city, but I will go the extra distance to get the great help and products that Home Depot offers.

Great service, great people. I needed a specific water heater (gas, direct vent) and found online this store was the only one with it in stock. The well organized store made it easy to locate the water heater and the sales associate made the rest a breeze. Heavy heater (165 lbs) is hard to handle by myself but he and another associate loaded it right up and brought it to the cashier then loaded it on my truck - all without being asked.

The associates go above and beyond to help us find what we need. Very friendly staff and they consistently do whatever it takes to help us find what we need.

If you are looking for carpet that is 15 foot wide, know what to ask for when you arrive to the store. Most carpets are manufactured at 12 foot wide roles. The salesperson was not familiar with the products. I would recommend this store but not for buying carpet.

On 4/11/19 I ordered a microwave via the Home Depot website which was to be delivered & installed on 4/17 between the hours of 3&7 pm. At 2:45 pm on the 17th I received a call from the installer that he had to return the microwave since it was broken and will be re-ordered. On 4/18 I stopped by store #3638 and was told to check back in 24 hours since the re-order wasn’t in the system yet. I return on 4/23/19 and asked for an update. It was at that time I spoke with sales associate Colby. He checked for the order and could not find it in the system so he called you’re dotcom folks. Colby & I were placed on hold on and off for over 1 hour. During that time Colby was extremely polite and helpful. He kept me updated and made every effort to expedite the process. Colby is an asset to your organization.

Store Associate Maame was the nicest most helpful person I’ve ever encounter at Home Depot. I’ve been a long time shopper of Home Depot and she was so knowledgeable and helpful, on a early Sunday morning my brain was not firing on ready but coming in contact with her not only did she assist with my sale but she inspired me to do better in my work and personal life with her kind warm nature.
