I was double charged for a $59.00 drill and didn't notice it until I returned back to Ohio, be sure and check your receipt before leaving the store.

I have visited many Home Depot Stores but the best experience I had was at the Corpus Christi Location on SPID.

The girlAt returns was so helpful and very nice . She was a great !! Store was very clean all employees were helpful and knowledgeable

Home Depot's flooring and installation was top notch! We now have a beautiful floor that was installed by professionals at a reasonable price, along with a warranty that no one else can touch!

One of the best places to shop if you do your own repairs to your home.

I went shopping for one item and came out with several and yet not one employee asked if I needed a basket or assistance. As I was checking out at the register, I noticed the employee ring up an item higher than I had expected. I asked her to go check with me and very impolitely responded with, "it's a different item sir". I gave her the benefit of the doubt but something did not feel right, so I went back and checked. Sure enough it was a lower price and with the same sku number. I let her know about the situation and while she was on the phone sending a text, very rudely said to me "handle it with customer service". I went to customer service and after being tossed around by different departments (returns and customer service) for 23 minutes, I finally got my refund. I was very irritated because all of this could have been avoided if the young lady had checked or called for assistance.

This store is very clean and very well stocked. The employees are very knowledgeable about the items the store carries and very friendly and helpful in finding what I need.

The weakest point of Home Depot is it's sales associates.

Breanna cashier; very rude!

Generally a good experience at this store, however, last night an employee in the garden shop strapped on a leaf vblower and started blasting away with total disregard for customers in the area. He made absolutely no attempt to avoid people in the area; extremely rude and quite frankly could be categorized as an assault. Customer service employee was not much better. Response to the complaint was "OK". These folks would be better served working away from any customers at all. It was a clown show.

It was Sunday and the staff was very efficient and friendly.

I've visited Home Depot before but today's visit was made great Clarissa. She was most helpful in going over everything I needed to know about my purchase.

Team members were very helpful, from cabinet design, to flooring choices, to loading my purchase.

Associate Carol was very helpful and showed sympathy to my recent physical injury. You see, I was sent over at the last minute to purchase three 90 lb cement bags. The problem was that I have a back injury that prevents me from lifting anything heavy for few weeks. I informed Carol at the counter and she genuinely felt concern and synthesized what i was going through. Than after, she immediately sprung into action and brought over two strong young guys to help me. Now I know this is a service you provide to anyone but she just made me feel she genuinely cared. The guys followed me to the isle and picked up the bags loaded them on my truck in a matter of minutes. I didn't have to lift a finger. The feeling I had was heart warming and happy to go through this experience . "People actually care" that's what I was saying to myself. Please thank Carol and the boys that helped me. It was an awesome feeling to have and I want to say to Home Depot you are lucky to have people like that work for you !
