I Love My Home Depot

We had a pleasant trip, and quickly got what we needed in a very timely manner. Brenda our cashier was extremely nice and helpful!

Great store to shop except the employees don’t offer to help. It’s hard to find things sometimes and you’re pretty much in your own to answer your questions.

Yvonne, the sales person who helped me. Was very friendly and had good knowledge of the appliances I was looking for. Had a very good shopping experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for appliances.

The associates would rather walk around looking at their hand held devices than aid customers. When brought to the attention of the store Mngr Chris, he could care less as he had excuse after excuse as to why they lacked customer service skills, this makes him complacent as well. Customers don't care how many other customers frequent the store, if the Mngr is too busy to listen to a customer and resolve an issue, perhaps the Mngr is not properly trained for the responsibilities required to be the manager. Rating should be a ZERO out of 5!

Anna and Hailey were very kind, patient and just overall very helpful, however their manager Tim was not. He refused to honor a bundle price for two items that were advertised with price tags and tickets to grab. His reasoning was the discount was "too big". I don't see why a company would advertise an item and then have a member of management refuse to honor the price of the company he is working for

Went in to get a few thing, It took a long time to get help at the key counter had to ask front assassinate twice for help. Then in the outdoor center had no body to help me find cactus potting soil when i finally did get some help the associate had no idea what i was asking for. She needed to get help from another. Finally when a associate did come he found the soil. The cashier Brittany was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable i didn't have my Home Depot card and i was fine with paying cc. Brittany asked me to put my ss# in the machine to look up my account. They need a better way to find your account.

Need more knowledgeable assistance throughout the store. All employees seem to be rushed or like they need to be doing something more important...

Veterans be aware Home Depot no longer gives us a discount except for 3 days Veterans Day Memorial Day and July 4th. Shop at a store that does 365 days a year!

service from beginning to end. assoc were readily available and WILLING to help in lumber and tools. my visit at SPID Home Depot reminded me of how things used to be and how they should be.

I screwed up on an order that confused shipping address. Home Depot Customer Service and employees at store #0526 didn't give up until my generator was in the bed of my truck. They were patient and friendly, even though my error complicated things. Thanks Home Depot.

These folks made my shopping experience a great one and set the tone for my day.

Very poor customer service at returns.. told after 10 minutes in line that I needed to go to another register then there told where I had been in line they are the ones to take care of situation...

Have someone monitor the entrance at all time to have customers where their masks and keep correct distances. Many people come in with masks then as soon as the are inside they pull it off. Poor follow up this customers.
