When is the Spring Black Friday Sale in 2026?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including mulch and lawn mowers, then update your grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so shop fast.
What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?
Make certain your home is ready for wild temperature swings by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for damage or rust that may let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If water freezes in the cracks, you might be in for a headache.
Do you have moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.
Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity when the elements take it out. When searching for generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.
Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
