Extremely courteous representative's! Everyone was interested in, “How can I help you?” They all made me feel like this is a happy environment to be in. From service desk to purchase, to carry out everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.They (ALEX) held the product for me to drive 1&1/2 hour to get there, 3 hours round trip. I called 5 Home Depot’s-No other Home Depot had what I wanted! THIS STORE HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND HELD IT FOR ME TILL I GOT THERE! Spent $215.00 on one item so I’m grateful they were able to hold it and were so nice about it when I come into store. A polite young man pushed my purchase to my vehicle and lift it inside! Sooo worth driving the total 3 hours to pick up my item!

My old dryer sounded like I was tumbling rocks . They were so helpful and they had a lot in stock to pick from . The man that helped us told us the better brand to chose from he was very friendly and helpful

The people who helped assist me with my order were truly kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for better employees at this location.

I can always come to this store and find most anything, especially gardening. Very nice staff. Friendly and helpful. Thus is my favorite home depot.

I have been in and out of this location many times over the last year . Most of the time I go else where because they do not have what I need. It is close to so go here first than go else where

I needed an outdoor motion detector light and I believe his name was Cory asked me if I needed help. That is so wonderful to have help when you need it and to be helpful and to be kind.

I shop at the Cotterville store frequently and always receive friendly and polite treatment from all the people we have delt with at this store .. We will continue to shop here until something changes for the worst ! Mike

Every time I go to this location I am greeted my multiple people through out the store. A lot of the departments have very knowledgeable people working in them to help with any questions you may have about a project.

Found most of what I needed. Clerk helped by stating it was not offered. Saved me a bunch of unnecessary time looking

I live within a 5-6 mile radius of 3 Home Depot stores, Cottleville store is definitely friendliest and most helpful, not saying that the others are bad, just the staff is the reason I keep coming back to this store.

If you’re considering buying flooring from Home Depot I would recommend you to contact or talk to Michael Williams. This associate I feel went above and beyond to help me with my special order and explained everything in detail so I would understand the order. He’s very knowledgeable of his job and helpful.

Fridge filters and other maintenance parts are stocked on back wall in appliance section. No signs directing customer to needed items. Shopped for 2 types of very common filters, but only one in stock. It took awhile to find an employee for assistance but once located, the employee was very helpful.

I have been shopping at this store for over ten years, it is by far by favorite Home Depot all across the metro area, and I got almost all of them. It started out because it was close to home, but the people that work there quickly drew me in. They know my name, know my company, even though I have changed places of employment over the years, and it is always a great experience. Although some of my favorite have left, they seem to replace them with great personalities that are just as friendly and helpful. They PEOPLE that work in this store will keep me coming back for many years to come!

I returned a Christmas wreath and purchased another one. Attendant was very helpful!

As usual when I have a problem with Home Depot, they make it right. This why I keep coming back because they always take care of the customer, ALWAYS.

They always welcome me to the store and are genuinely caring about making my shopping experience the best I can have. they're there when I need help and are quick to get me wrapped up when making my purchases so I can be efficient and back on the job quickly.

Michael in Flooring is exceptional and does a wonderful job of making sure every order I have in-house and online is perfect. I can't say enough about his dedication to superb customer service. Also, Lisa in Customer Service is fabulous and always so helpful with a great attitude! Love this Home Depot! I always pass the others to come to Cottleville to shop because of great sales and department people like Michael and great Customer Service like Lisa!

Ordered online. My store had to order it. Spent thousands on fence now they don't stock it. Waited for part then I showed up with trailer to pick up. Was only top of fence panel. Blamed me and was to busy to discuss. Made sure would have for Labor Day Party. Not gonna happen now. Starting whole process over.

We go to this Home Depot often. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are knowledgeable people on the floor who offer to help; you don't have to track them down. I enjoy our trips to our Home Depot.

Like most other stores it is hard to find a staff member.

The employees at the Cottleville Home Depot are excellent. In particular, Greg in plumbing. He always greats me with a smile, has all the answers, knows where everything is and cheers me on for the projects I'm working on at home. Love Greg and all of his knowledge and great attitude!!
