Ron has helped us on multiple visits in lighting and appliances. He offers an honest opinion and doesn't try to push unnecessary products on customers. Ron patiently helped my husband and me pick out appliances for over 2 hours, while also helping other customers. Best employee I've met!

We are updating our home after 20 years. Sue was helpful with choosing the correct type of wall paint and rollers to apply it. We are considering the Rustoleum cabinet paint which Sue was very knowledgble about application, color choices and brushes for that application. She helped by asking questions we should consider as we make updating decisions. Excellent experience!

I was looking for pressure washer deck wash and must have walked right past it. I stopped the first associate that I encountered, asked her where I might find it, and she took me right to it and, when I asked, explained the difference between the various types to me. My kind of service. It's always that way at at store #3022.

On a busy day, we were made to feel welcome. Our questions were answered with expertise. It was a great experience for my husband and me!

Very difficult to find help and when you do, they are many times not knowledgeable. Also they do not greet you or ask if you need help. Lowes does a great job at both.

I never have a problem finding an associate! Usually I am going through the store to get to a particular section and a passing associate will ask me if there is anything they can help me with or find.

We have been looking at a new exterior door with sidelites. Bids from independent companies have been expensive. Jeff in the Door department spent time with us honestly answering our questions. He asked questions for us to consider about color, style, sizes. He went to the flooring department to get a similar sample of the floor we have in our foyer to compare to the door choices. He was not pushy and gave us time to talk through the decision. He shared with us about the upcoming sale discount. We are so excited to get the professional measurements done so we can order the door.

This Home Depot staff are friendly and helpful. Most importantly the number of staff is such that they are easily located and readily available for assistance if needed.

Every time we shop at this location, we are greeted in each department and are always offered help. Our house in in between two Home Depot locations,the other being the Cave Springs location, and we always go to the Cotteville location because the customer service is much better

I have shopped at this store many times. Have never had a bad experience, because I was not feeling well today it was especially helpful.

I was greeted right away. Went to the appliance department, was immediately helped. This store is above and beyond all the other Home Depots that I have been to. This store is a GREAT example of customer service!! My delivery was on time, the drivers were extremely courteous and mindful to detail. Overall, great experience, from the store purchase to the appliance delivery and installation.

I HAD AN EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP!

I don't know if this is Home Depot policy or just this store, but I was refused 5% discount today for a purchase at the Cottleville store. If I have to go to Home Depot, I will go to a different one, or just stop at :Lowes or Menards.

Even though the store was a very busy place today, the associates were friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Occasionally I need assistance and could not find an associate for that area, Many times I have to find another associate or go to the service desk to have someone paged. The help received has always been informative and what I needed.

I was looking at mulch in the parking lot. An employee who was gathering carts offered to load my car before I went inside to make purchase. When I came back he was still in the area and helpful. He was courteous and careful not to break the bags in my car while loading.
