I have had occasion to shop at many Home Depot stores over the last few years. This particular store is as well organized and stocked as any where I have shopped. Also, the associates are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. I have recommended this store to others.

Associate was extremely helpful in finding us a freezer on sale.

They were very friendly and helped load large box without my asking very nice.

Went in for dowels and what was there looked a crooked river , Should have been thrown away.

We were blow away by the amazing customer service we received from all associates and especially Tim the manager who was genuinely concerned about our shopping experience. Customers service goes a long way in our book

When I entered the store I was greeted by a Home Depot employee and was asked if I needed assistance. They took me to the product I was looking for and helped me at checkout. The store was clean and well lit.

We had a very hard time finding this Chest Freezer. And then a harder time to get someone to move it from the vey high place down to the floor. Apparently very few forklift drivers. In fact we went in one day and can't get anybody to assist us. But the next after about an half of hour someone finally was able to get the Chest Freezer for us.

The store is always clean and staff is always available to help us as we walk in the door! Love the holiday displays & smiles on the staffs' faces. There's something for everyone there, so my wife usually comes with me.

The store mgr is never there. Most employees have very little knowledge.

This plumbing, electrical, and paint departments are my advisors for most of my DYI needs. they are professional and very knowledgeable in their areas and assist each other thru out the store. THEY ARE MY "GO -TO " ASSOCIATES.

I needed some kitchen appliances but had no idea what I wanted. I visited the store twice and there were several employees in the appliance area that demonstrated exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to assist me. For each appliance, they printed out comparison sheets that showed the features of the different manufacturers that was very beneficial in helping me decide which appliances to buy. In addition, the discount pricing (I bought multiple appliances) resulted in a significant savings. I went to another store that sells appliances and, hands down, Home Depot had a better selection, more knowledgeable employees, and better pricing and discounts. A home run!!

I get so frustrated at Home Depot when I need help from a store associate because they are no where to be found. This store needs to take a lesson from ACE Hardware! ACE has knowledgable store associates roaming their stores looking for people to help. Therefore I go to ACE every time they carry the items I need.

Buying online and picking up in the store was a very easy process. Highly recommended. Associates were very friendly.

Home Depot goes in and out on organization and helpfulness, would like more consistency. I have visited the paint department and waited for 5 minutes while 2 associates were shooting the breeze. Floral department workers aren't knowledgeable about the plants

I purchased a washer and dryer. The associate that helped me was prompt, and knew what she was doing. I have had other experiences at this particular store where I was looking for something that Home Depot once carried and was now discontinued. The customer service desk looked up the item on the internet to see if she could find it at an alternate store, or any other store besides Home Depot. She could not find it so she called the manufacturer to see if they could tell her who might have it in their inventory. She went above and beyond what was expected of her.

I wanted to thank a special associate that I will call "Mr Bill" he helped me with two follow up calls to me regarding the Nexgrill, he made this sale happen. I only wished I had meet him the first time instead of the wasted numerous trips. I told him of the previous terrible service and that I was very upset in trying to buy this Nexgrill, he restored my faith in Home Depot for me.

The employees in this store are helpful, have time to figure out what you need, especially in the flooring and door department!

Other than the Home Depot prices for single set nitrile gloves I use for work (being over priced by 300%) it was an over all wonderful experience.

There were no associates available to help when I needed help and was forced to go up to the front of the store to find someone to direct me to what I needed. In the past, you could always find someone in an Orange apron to help and they would take you to the item, not stand behind a desk ant give you a couple isles to go see if you could find what you're looking for. To top it off, I was pulled out of the check out line into self serve even though I told them 'no', I wasn't interested. They were so persistent that I agreed if they rang everything up, bagged it and put it back in my cart which was full and had heavy items. They messed up twice, having to cancel and rescan everything and I had to bag and put things in the cart. I watched 5 customers go through the the line I was in while I had to deal with their ineptness. I'm very disappointed in how poorly this store is run, staffed and managed.

This Home Depot is the only game in town and they act like it. Don't buy something that needs a forklift or to be loaded unless you are willing to wait half a day. They don't have enough help on the floor. The help they have are pretty good. Some are excellent...plumbing, garden, lumber and flooring and paints. They need more customer service for the non-pros. DIY means do it all yourself including loading. Store is dirty, dusty and popcorn all over the floor. Garden center has lots of broken bags, some taped up but you don't know that the bag is full. I go here as I have no other nearby option for a lot of things I need. I also don't like the latest on line push. I'm in the store! Watch out for the wandering sales folks who push installs and free checkups etc.

The store was very clean, staff courteous and friendly and helped me bring my purchase to my car as I am disabled. I love home depot and when I visit the store I usually buy more than intended because they have such great and inexpensive products for the woodworking hobby person I am. I especially love to purchase all the tools I need for any project. I'm happy Home Depot is only 15 miles away but I know I would drive 100 miles if needed.

I am always greeted and there are always associates happily available to assist you in the store.

Several employees helped me in various departments. They listened to my needs and showed me items that suited my limitations. (I am disabled) One employee actually walked me to a department as opposed to just telling me where to go. I appreciated that.

Needed an item, had broken item in hand, employee took me to item, that was all I needed, Satisfied

I don't know if I go into the store at the wrong time or what. Seems like every time I go in I end up going to the service desk to find an person in a specific Dept & then wait for them. The only reason for the recommendation was the fact that they are the only reasonable priced hardware store in the immediate area. It's frustrating to me to have to chase someone down to give them my money.
