I got these on black Friday sale and am so happy with them! I was very pleased with the service and delivery! It was a tremendous blessing and I will greatly enjoy them! Thank you So much!

I was given extra time-consuming service by Carol who made sure I received a military discount just a few days short of Veterans' Day. I was made to feel special in a big box store that seems impersonal at first. But that isn't true...at least in Cottonwood, AZ.

I purchased a vacuum breaker for my outside faucet, and it stopped the keak so I was happy

I was kind of lost in the weed trimmer aisle and Heidi showed me all the different options that they had and how to save a lot of money, it was great.

Brad, in the major appliance dept., is excellent! He is so kind, patient & knowledgeable about the products in his dept. He ignored all calls while dealing with us, and explained everything- all 101 of my questions. He promptly called me back a couple days later when I called. Ask for Brad if you’re in the market to buy a major appliance. He is amazing!

Megan was great, jumped right in and helped with 3/4 sheets of ply and then ran around the corner to help an elderly man with some drywall sheets. Outstanding. Next was Mary at the cashier she always makes our day with the great and happy personality that we really walk out with a smile. You know I can usually go anywhere to buy products along with mail order but this kind of service is worth the time to drive a bit further for.

I visited home depot yesterday to purchase fertilizer for my potted hibiscus. I inadvertently purchased a fertilizer that was appropriate for mixing with soil and was not water soluble. Upon returning to the garden center today, Sam at checkout advised I would need to complete my return with the customer service desk. In the meantime, employee Colt asked what the issue was and I explained that I had purchased the wrong product. I pulled up The Home Depot website to show her what I felt I needed and she offered to see if you had it in stock and if so would select it for me. When I completed my return and returned to the garden center, good is her word, there she was waiting for me at checkout, product in hand. Fabulous service, excellent representation for Home Depot.

I bought 4 GE appliances and the employees knew about the product and directed me to the best ones to fit my needs.

I received extraordinary help from the store manager DJ. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recomend this store to my friends.

Connie at the customer service desk is AMAZING!!! She was so so helpful and friendly she made my week and it was only Tuesday!! I would definitely seek her out if I had a question or problem with something! Thank you, Connie!! It is people like you that make for a great shopping experience and my day!!! I was impressed with this store as it was clean, well organized, and had employees readily available without my having to walk all around the store looking for help (as has been the problem in other stores). Friendly, knowledgeable, and available .

I was happy to see bark mulch on sale! I had to wait around forever to get a guy to help load it. I would love to have another big box store in Cottonwood to shop and compare with...this store needs some competition..it's always busy and hard to get help.

Throughout the store, I was greeted and assisted by employees that were knowledgeable and friendly. In my last 3 visits, I was able to find what I wanted and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It was a pleasure shopping and doing business at this location.

Needed help in the lumber department and one lady was the only person available to help 3 of us. She got the job done with the best attitude I've seen in a long time.

I purchased an LG LFXS26973S Refrigerator on 4/25/2023, was delivered to me in Camp Verde on 4/29/2023 and this was one of the smoothest transactions I have encountered. In store no more than 15 min as I had done my research on line, and needed to have hands on to make the final decision. This model has French Doors with freezer on the bottom which is what I had with my old stainless steel fridge, but now I have PrintProof Stainless, what a relief if you have Children or GrandChildren. This LG runs extremely quiet and settings are controlled on a external door panel giving you a digital read on fridge and freezer, also can be controlled with WiFi that I have not setup as of this review, but I do intend to set up the App as it will also give you warnings on malfunctioning and trouble shooting. I am super pleased with its aesthetics and functionality.

I just moved to Cottonwood AZ 4 months ago from Prescott. The employees at Cottnwood location are super helpful, always stopping with their task at hand to assist. Not so in Prescott. Asked two employees at Prescott store for help, one said he was on his way to a meeting and the other said it wasn't his department and called someone to help me. That someone never showed up. Hate to pit stores against one another, however competition is often good.

I like this store. Everyone is so helpful! My only heartfelt wish is that they would not use Neonics ( bee killing pesticides) on their garden department plants. Thanks so much!

I always have fun at this Home Depot; I find the things I need (ands sometimes things I didn’t need, LOL!)

Tired of no help in this Home Depot. Have decided will not shop there anymore do to lack of hep in finding items as well as no checkout help.

Just purchased a new toilet. Toilets are very heavy. Robert helped us get the purchase on a cart and then, after finishing at the checkout, again it was Robert who helped us load the toilet in our car. Super helpful and friendly. Will expect this customer service all the time. Thanks for the good service.

Associate with no customer skills broke Vertical Headrails intentionally

I have had a problem with another Retailer in the area that cost me 2 months time. I haven't been able to get materials I ordered or get a satisfactory response from Salesman explaining the reason that I cannot get materials. I did not want to start over with a new Retailer. I wasn't getting anywhere with the other Retailer. I decided to see if Home Depot could help me and get better results. I went to Doug at Pro Desk in Cottonwood 0423. He went above and beyond and made phone calls to distributor. I was needing special items to satisfy my Client and Doug ensured that I had everything I needed and was able to put together an order for me. I am very grateful to Doug and his assistance. Kudos to Doug! Superb Salesman!

I special ordered some bathroom tile. The customer service staff and store managers went above and beyond to make sure the order was expedited.

I recently went to Home Depot to purchase a toilet, and some other items. The customer service was excellent, and historically, I've had very good customer service.

Very helpful folks, steered me to the water softener crystals, loaded my cart and loaded into bed of my truck. Very friendly employees, nice clean store.
