The Home Depot Store in Coventry is an excellent store to do business. The employees are both courteous and helpful.

Michelle in Pro services is a Pro at her job and should have it known to her.

Coventry Home Depot is hands down the best in Rhode Island.. It is my home store, but its not the only reason i feel this way... The store is always clean and neat.. Shelves are stocked and ready to meet all contracting needs. The employees are extremely helpful and i have gotten the chance to work with many of them. If this is a chance to thank them all, i wanna let them all know the help has always been appreciated and thank you all !!! A Top notch store. The managers are exceptional as well and will always go above and beyond to get the job done... The Coventry Home Depot has never let my business down and without them my business would not function as well as it does. Thank you

This store has been one the most pleasant stores to shop in. This is not the first time this has happened. I would rather drive a few extra miles and go to this store than go to others near my house. The sales people went out of their way to be helpful as well as providing me with the best price for exactly what I needed!

The staff in the flooring department are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Poor customer service. employees seems more interested in their breaks then helping a 74 year old lady put a 7 foot tree in her car. They didn’t want to check the trees height for me when I was questioning the height. And had no string in the garden section they made me go to the wood section of the store to get it myself and they still yet did not help me. I feel like the Warwick location has better customer service and knows what they are doing compared to this location.

I think the layout of this store makes more sense than some others. The app is very helpful no matter which store you are in, but for this store, it is pretty easy to find stuff.

First and foremost the Coventry location has an exceptionally friendly and welcoming team of people. If you need assistance in finding something this is the location to go to...they truly go out of their way to assist you if you are not sure where to find something. Thank you to Travis, MIchelle, Maddie and Paul ...you all are awesome

i found my product with the help of one of the most friendly associates i've encountered in a while. completely pleasant experience. store was clean & they had my product in stock. i will definitely be back to this particular store for future purchases.

Appliance shopping last night for a new refrigerator and we worked with a very friendly and knowledgeable associate, Sarah C. The appliance section is set up great for comparing and contrasting units and Sarah gave us both the assistance and distance we needed to make our decision.

I spoke to manager John and a gentleman on special orders to get my large online order out together and they were both very happy to help, were professional and showed genuine interest in making a customer happy and satisfied. I was very pleased with their impeccable service and professionalism.

My mother and I worked with Cyndee on an appliance purchase and we could not have had a better experience. This woman was like family when we left. She helped us to understand every last detail, and ensured we got just what we wanted. Cyndee made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were comfortable prior to us leaving the store.

YOU HAVE OUTDONE YOURSELFES IN THE GARDEN CENTER, BUT I FIND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING SOMEWHAT LACKING ...NOT TO MENTION UNFRIENDLY ....

Store is good and no complains at all. my complain is that Cashier Eileen is just awful towards veterans, especially on the day before Memorial Day.  I asked to use the veterans discount at the self-service, I showed her my expired military ID.  An expired ID does not void my 8 years of honorable service.  I don’t have a current ID because thank God I don’t have any service-related disability.  At this time Eileen lost her composer and became to lecture me on who is a Veteran, according to her it is only people with 20 years of service and current active duty soldiers!  Please train her in customer service and explain to her what a Veteran is and who is fighting for her freedom.  Eileen is rude and continued to make smart remarks as I continue to check out from afar.

Although I was extremely disappointed with the $10 advertisement Home Depot had off a gallon of paint it was not $10 off( it was $10 mail in rebate) the staff was extremely friendly and helpful would recommend this Home Depot to anyone

The store and staff were great, courteous and knowledgeable. The product was dismal. I purchased annual flowers. The root systems of the nearly half of the pods barely went to 1/3 - 1/2 of the pod. In previous years (10 or more) the pods were packed by the root system (marigolds and dusty millers). I suggest going back to the previous grower and/or previous process for annual flowers.

The Warwick Home Depot is closer to my home but I still go to the Coventry location. They can’t be beat. Awesome customer service, always clean and fully stocked.
