I buy the majority of my needs at Home Depot #0358 in Covington. Everyone there is friendly and super helpful.

If you want friendly and professional service or assistance, ask for Darin at the Covington Home Depot! Holiday shopping can be a nightmare, but he assisted me very quickly and was so eager to help me find the Christmas tree I wanted. Unfortunately, it was out of stock in store, but he helped me place an online order and I received it 4 days later, just as he informed me. Great customer service!!!!

We're in the process of building a van so we seem to be at Home Depot on a daily basis. Even though we know where a lot of things are in the store all it takes is a moment to ask any of the Home Depot theme for advice and directions and they always seem to do it with a great smile. I'd like to recognize especially for the great help that they give us John Vicki and Jan from the paint department. Also there's a lady on check out with a blonde bob who's always enthusiastic and has helped us out several times

Everyone was patient, professional and helpful with our questions. They made our shopping and our purchase decisions easier with their knowledge about thier products and thier positive attitude.

I had to order fencing materials, and the associates at the PRO desk were very helpful, patient, and attentive to my questions. I even got a call thanking me for my business. Great customer service at a time where many places have long forgotten about the customer experience.

Our son worked in another Home depot when the chain was new to our area. Since then that store has gone down hill. The covington store was fresh and employees seemed to all be friendly and excited to be there. very pleasing to experience.

I STOPPED AT THE STORE A WEEK AGO AND SHOPPED FOR A RYBOI TOOL I SAVED OVER $200!! I WENT BACK IN LAST SATURDAY AND A BRIDGETTE HELPED PICK OUT THE CORRECT BLOWER IN ORDER FOR ME SAVE ANOTHER $100.!!! Thanks BRIDGETTE ! Ellie

I went to Home Depot to get marking paint and a marking paint wand. HomeDepot.com showed the items were in stock, but there no items on the shelf. I was able find the items in overhead storage. Ms. Candy and Mr. Tony were able to get items down. Thank you Ms. Candy and Mr. Tony for your help and attention!

I asked the employee where the lawnmowers were and he walked me to them. He asked me what type of lawnmower I was looking at and he showed me what they had to choose from. I picked one and he got a flatbed card to put it on. He pulled the cart to his check out register in the garden area to check me out. He was so helpful and nice.

I have shopped many Home Depot stores in Louisiana and Mississippi. The Covington store is well stocked and great service The best in my opinion

I've been on a pond project nearby for the last couple of weeks and really depend on the products at Home Depot, but the reason I come here rather than a competitor is the staff. This particular store has folks like Ashanti, Bridgette, Pamela and Darin, to name just a few, that make me feel welcomed and valued every time I visit. Good Job HD!

Visited the store in afternoon. Even with little shoppers, it took too long to retrieve the goods and check-out. Only one register open for contractor check-out.

Stopped in to pick up some garden gloves, no biggie. But the line to check out stretched all the way back to the back isle. I would suggest thinking twice if you need to get out in a reasonable amount of time.

Staff is very helpful from gardening to drills for fencing repairs post “Ida”.
