I needed wood to build a couple of shelves, a young man, and the manager cut precisely as I asked which saved us the extra work at home and also got a good deal since they had some scrap from a sheet of wood. Very happy.

I went in hoping I could find a way to fix a yard sign my FIL had made. I saw Jack and ask for help. He spent 15 minutes helping me solve my problem. And thanks to Jack, the sign my FIL made is now in place for Father's Day!

I bought a set of Milwaukee pack out and I am glad I did best thing for my Milwaukee tools. They don’t get beat up in the truck. I packed them in the foam that I bought with the pack out and it has worked out. Great thank you Ed.

I’m installing PVC TILE in my mater bath, and the product I had already purchased was really flimsy. Michael in flooring showed me a better quality product, showed me how to install it and was just wonderful. I purchased it online and it’s being shipped to the crescent springs store where I’ll pick it up.

The employees are excellent. I was purchasing 32 handles and 12 knobs for cabinets the ones I choose only had 20 in the bin. Customer service called another Depo to make sure they had enough to add to purchase so I didn’t waste a trip. The little bins holding the knobs and handles are a mess with products in wrong bin but I am sure that is due to customer handling.

The prices of everything are higher than they are at other places.

Unorganized, hard to find staff to help you unlock tools and when they do they sell you the wrong ones.

Always clean and neat. Friendly staff who answer questions.

As I have said in the past, this store is well stocked, clean and organized much more than other stores I have been to. Thank you.

I'm always coming to this location for material, things are always well stocked and the employees cater to whatever you need. They're also very knowledgeable about different projects and can help you figure out what you need.

One of the best homedepot locations to visit, great customer service from pro desk to regular employees if they aren’t knowledgeable they will ask each other for help and get it sorted out right away, while it’s not the biggest location in the area I can be confident I will get what I need right away and be in and out, all big purchases I have made, like loads of material have been handled easily either being delivered or loaded by employees at this location thank you keep up the good work

I was happy with the straw bale price until I went to pick it up and found it was smaller than standard bale.

I ran over to purchase cabinet screws- I was approach by an employee named Jack. He asked if I needed help.He showed me where I needed to look and how to properly size the sample screw I brought correctly.

Purchased heavy bags of concrete. Employee assisted getting it to my car and loaded it for me.

I bought several plants and shrubs and was very satisfied with the price and the appearance.

Don't expect the checkout to be fast or convenient. Everything is now "self-checkout", ugh.

Employees in this store treat their customers with respect and courtesy. They are expedient in resolving issues and value their customers as if I were the only one in the store. Specifically Ellen in Blinds and Flooring went over and above to help me.

I went to look at mowers and Troy in Garden got one out of the box and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and made it easy to buy the mower.

I lost my brother right before Christmas:( I need to flip the house and sell I applied for my Homedepot card and now I can get some cosmetic stuff completed so I can list the house next week!!

I needed several items from different areas and found help in each area.

I went to HD after checking their web page to see if they had AC Coil Cleaner. The web said they carry 2 brands in the store, 53 cans were available in Aisle 7 Bay 7. Went to the store there is no bay 7 in aisle 7. Asked 2 employees for help, 1st one thoought the cleaner may not be unboxed yet and walkes away. Asked the 2nd for help in finding Bay 7 and the cleaner. He didn't check anything, just said we don't carry it. He did not even walk aisle 7 to show me were bay 7 was. Terrible customer service!

Great trip. I've been wanting to buy a battery operated mower for a year or so and took the plunge today. I'm extremely happy with the early performance of my Toro 60V 22" Cordless Self Propelled mower. It has handled the first mowing of my yard better than my old Toro gas mower that I loved!
