Employees are very helpful and that is a great policy unlike the other big box home improvement store in Citrus County where you can't get help from anyone. Their excuse for not loading or helping is COVID. PLEASE

I live very close to another big home improvement store but it was worth the drive to HomeDepot for the service and ample checkouts open!

Crystal River HD is the best! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and were very nice to my 3 and 5 year old son and daughter. I will certainly be back.

I needed to purchase tile for a kitchen backsplash. The employee in the tile area asked if I needed help, assisted me in placing the heavy tile boxes in my cart, and then helped me select appropriate grout and calk for the project. He knew the merchandise well and was extremely helpful. The store is clean, neat, and has good safety measures in place to comply with CDC guidelines regarding COVID. It was a pleasure to shop there.

We purchased 12 blinds, 9 of them need to be trimmed, our salesperson, Cathy was extremely efficient and friendly. Very happy with our purchase.

She goes the extra mile to help and is always available. They may not have stuff in stock but they do their best to get it for you quickly. The Middle aged guy in lumber is Amazing and always helpful. I wish I remembered all of the names of all the great staff there. The GM is doing a good job, it appears. Thank you for making projects easier!

The employees are friendly and greet you. The store is always clean and well stocked. I visit this store frequently for all my home renovations! I love Home Depot!

Masks are very stupid. This is a bad trend when companies are more concerned about what the media is saying and not what their customers are saying. Giving into mass media like Email and social media campaigns is weak and not what built this great nation. WISE UP. I will go out of my way next time to shop in an environment that is more comfortable.

Great store to shop at. Always have a great selection and products and new products. Friendly associates, especially Charles. Also, was able to get assistance on what i was looking for.

The employees at this Home Depot are always willing to help in any way possible, unlike other home improvement sores in this area which are much less friendly.

The store was very neat and the employees very considerate and expedient. The only issue I have with the store is that they are allowing customers in not wearing masks.

Easy IN and easy OUT today around 5PM on a Saturday; Service desk for a return and a quick three things to finish a project purchased from the Garden Center.

Bobby was fantastic in seeing I needed assistance without me asking for it.

The associate in tile dept. was very helpful in finding the tile I wanted which was on the upper most top shelf. She got a forklift and brought down the one box of tile I needed along with more to restock the shelf where it normally is. She then helped me get the mud and grout in the right amount for the job I was doing. All the time smiling and asking is there anything else she could help me with.

Everyone at the registers are always friendly and helpful. They always take time to stop and visit with my little pup who I usually bring with me.

I'm always sure I will find everything I need at Home Depot for the project I'm working on. I'm a novice when it comes to home improvement, so sometimes it may take me two or three trips to the store to get exactly what I need! But, I always get the job done!

Poor attitude by employees. If there was a Lowes close by, this store would be closed.

The store was very clean and the associate, Kathie, that helped us was very polite and kind. She was willing to go above and beyond to help us with our tankless water heater. We look forward to seeing Kathie again on our next visit to Home Depot in Crystal River, FL. Unfortunately the product we needed was not in stock, however, Kathie was able to help us order it.

Was treated very rudely by one of your female employees. I am immunocompromised and do not go into any store right now. I shop online or by phone and get home delivery. But it was a beautiful day and I was wearing my mask and thought it would be safe to go into the garden area since it’s outdoors. I was told there was only one entrance...through the building! I complained that there should be a separate entrance and exit for the garden department also for people who can’t or don’t want to go through the building because of health reasons. Your employee told me, “if you don’t like following rules, you can leave!” So I left and I’ll never shop there again. I actually agree with limiting the amount of customers in the store and an entry and exit. But in my opinion, it makes sense to provide a separate entrance and exit for the garden area. At any rate, there was no excuse whatsoever for the way the employee spoke to me. I am a paying customer! I was going to order a whirlpool appliance package but instead I just ordered by phone from a local competitor. I’ll soon be in the market for a storage shed. But I won’t be buying it at Home Depot. Not because I partially disagree with your system. It’s all because of the employee who made an assumption about me that I just didn’t like following the rules. In case she just doesn’t know any better, the proper response would’ve been to say nothing at all, or she could’ve said, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” or she could’ve said, “You can always speak to the manager about it.” Good grief Home Depot if you let people with her attitude be on the front lines, you soon won’t have any business.
