I've had more issues with this Home Depot Store than any others....From selling me defective products(Weber Grill) that I had to return to pulling the wrong items on on-line orders....to customer service reps answering the phone instead of helping me....the list goes on and on....this latest incident in the lawn and garden center really ticks me off....It's advertised that if I buy 10 plants, I will get $10 off each plant after I load these large 7 gallon plants into my trailer and go to pay....the register says the maximum refund is $80....I didn't feel like unloading all the plants and really resented being treated this way by Home Depot.

The lumber I purchased was was top notch and same for help I received.

I get that we now have to do all the work and check ourselves out but if something doesn't work properly the person supervising you at check out is NOT going to help. Need a discount? Too bad...no help there.

If you are living in between 2 Home Depots, go to this one. They have everything you need. If they don't have something you're looking for, they will help you find it.

Now that rental equipment takes up front , don’t go there unless you want to walk +100:(steps measured ) to get into store

Staff was very helpful in spite of how busy the store was. They maintained a cheerful, helpful attitude making my shopping experience pleasant. The staff went out of their way to assist.

I witnessed parking rage fighting about pro space by contractor check out side

The yard man lifetd the lid to my grill. He notices it binding. Took the effort to inspect with his phoone and ford a fracture in the metal of the joint. Replaced unit for me.

HOME DEPOT IS THE ONLY STORE I USE FOR MY OWN HOME PROJECTS AND THAT OF MY CUSTOMERS !

We shopped for lumber today and Lou was amazing! He really help us out and made the experience so much easier. He has a great sense of humor too! We will definitely go back again and hope Lou will be there to help us.

I had a wonderful experience at the Crystal River Home Depot. I had to pick up 30 bags of cement, and also rent a floor sander . The cement is located right by the rental department here at this Crystal River store the two people in that department. Kevin and Cassie were wonderful the answer all questions that I had helped me with my tire and loaded up all of the cement bags for me and the floor sander. I would highly recommend this store.

I was in a hurry recently and although the store was busy, I was asked if I needed help. I found my 3 needed items and quickly checked out! Friendly service and I can't say enough about how nice and helpful everyone was. FIVE STARS

I like to check online at to the place in the store, and whether the item I want is in stock before I go to the store. That is a great help in shopping.

Had questions about location of a certain product you'd last working at the roll up door looked it up on her phone and explained she could not leave the door for safety reasons. After she got done she came to find me and made sure I had the correct product and wanted to know if I needed anything else.

I went into tool rental and a young lady named Cassie was so nice and she explained to me how the product work and went above and beyond for me.

I rented a gas string trimmer for the first time. Didn't know how to operate the tool but thanks to the helpful explanation of the clerk at the store I was able to get the job done.😊

No one in tile area (beside customers) for over 2 hours. I went to Kathie, who thought she had some one coming in 30 minutes. They didn't show after an hour. I went back again and whomever said they were coming wasn't answering the phone, so Kathie reached out to Drew, and asked if he could help. Drew was there within 10 minutes. Both of these employee are phenomenal in these days. Please thank them again for me. Because of them I will return to Home Depot again. fyi, my purchase was over $400 today. I saw people leaving tile; one even saying "good luck" in getting help there.

I always enjoy a Crystal River, Home Depot. Their store is clean and always well stocked. The service is phenomenal! We are always greeted, helped with any and all needs, and thanks for shopping at the store. By far my favorite place to shop, and I always look forward to going back! In 9 out of 10 visits this store is enjoyable to visit. It is well stocked, clean and the employees are always eager to assist with product information, locating and oading products etc. The addition of the tool rental department is a plus for this store also.

So, you have a question about pvc. Good luck. While you are discussing the topic with a so-called floor associate. They will not likely know much about your project or what you need to buy. They will be interupted by other shoppers with questions like, "Do you know where the knockout roses are found?" The sane is true in any of the building trade sections. If you ging to buy the chinese products at home depot, you would be wise to know exactly what you need before going. The floor associates and other customers will just be distractions. If you are prepared to go into the store and visit and have general conversation way off topic yoy will enjoy the store. If you are trying to buy materials for a job. Good luck getting what you need in one visit. You will be side tracked, the store won't know what you need and there is a high probability that you will have to special order something to complete the project.
