This store meets all of our home's needs for products, pricing and location.

The gentleman in the Tool Shed was very helpful despite not being able to provide the tools I was shopping for. Please explain why the store reps are constantly attempting to suggest that they can order the items, when they know that I too can order the items online? I suspect that this is a management training initiative that was not well thought through.

Stop making your employees wear masks. It is too hot in your store for that nonsense.

The store employee not just told us where to go but actually walked us through the store to where the item was. Very helpful and friendly.

Ok but has low stock and not many lumber choices

This store has greatly improved over the the last couple of years. Keep up the good work on supplys and customer services.

Excellent customer service. Quick to help me with any questions about products that I had. Will be going back.

This store was completely out of drywall and drywall screws. It took my husband and I 12 minutes just to find someone to help us. Then we were finally told there was no drywall until tomorrow. We're from Pasco county and wasn't coming back.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The employee couldn't except the fact that he was wrong. The item I needed was available on the shelf, after he stated that it wasn't. Bad business.

There were plenty of people there to help us in the store. We wanted to order a countertop for our kitchen but the one person was busy with a customer and the other was on break. A third person came over from another department and helped us as he used to work in the kitchen area for 15 years! We had no appointment and still got everything done perfectly and can’t wait to get our custom countertop! The store was clean and everyone was helpful plus they have more choices than other home stores. I wish it was closer to our area and we would shop there all the time!

Nice clean store with helpful friendly associates.

The only issue I have is with the two times I have had delivery.

Maybe trim some of the trees by the parking.

Too nany people are allowed to shop without face coverings in this very dangerous time. The employees do not try to help and there are too few available.

The store was very organized and clean. The associates were friendly and very helpful even in areas they did not work in normally. They went out of their way to find solutions to my issues. I haven’t shopped at Home Depot prior since I work at the competitor but I’m very impressed. Check out was fast and they had plenty and plenty of carts available for use throughout the store. Could use better toilet paper in the bathrooms.

I am extremely satisfied with the store. The employees were outstanding, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Found what I needed and assisted me with joy! Took time not rushing me.

Plenty of DIY supplies for all your renovation ideas. Picked out tile for floor and shower wall, vanity, toilet, light and accessories.

Everybody was friendly and wanting to help you.

Staff members were scarce but very fast to help all customers and friendly. I will be back today for my next project.
